TGGI Publishes Year End Financials

Trans Global Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TGGI) is pleased to announce that the consolidated financials for its year ending June 30, 2010 have been completed. TGGI has posted those to PinkSheets.com along with the attorney letter.

TGGI is currently working on the next quarter report which is due by November 15, 2010.

TGGI expects to close on a new shell very shortly for its intended spin-off of FSM. TGGI will own the shell and have full control over the process which is exactly the same as it was going to be with ALFE, the only difference is TGGI owns this shell.

In the coming weeks TGGI will engage a local auditor to begin reviewing the financial information of FSM to complete the audit. The same auditor will complete the audit of the shell at the same time.

The new shell currently has less than 50 shareholders have never had an operating company within it so there is no history and the company is completely clean.

Once the shell transaction is complete TGGI looks forward to acquiring a new company that is in the green sector and complementary to AWI.
