AFAIK, I was the last moderator on this board. The ibox is still the work that I did back in 2011. I gave up here when the company stopped replying to my emails, and gave up when no one would even reply to any of my email inquiries. Something is going on here and I think management needs to be upfront if they are in business and get their filings updated. Last I heard they were BK and out of business.

Investor Alias: I have noticed that someone is buying this stock in some small blocks and then you will see a few days later a large quantity will sell. Makes me wonder, who would want this? I have several hundred thousand shares and may sell for tax reasons.

This is what I heard:

"TBBC has been foreclosed on due to the poor financial performance of the company. The brand is being absorbed into a new company that will be launched in the coming weeks. We looked at every option to save the orginal company however the result was such that our only option was to foreclose on the company and move forward. I am sorry to be the one to share the news with you but I don’t want to out there not knowing what was going on."

Why they say our shares won't worth much? Is it not a matter of transferring them to the new company?

His reply on the shares was: the shares would still be alive but not worth much,however I will check with the bank and follow up with you for a more detailed answer.It is unfortunate that the management of this company was so poor.My company was employed to assess the possibility of saving it and after months of analysis it was just in too bad of shape.

Yea... that's the same reply I got about 2 months ago. Then I did the same thing, asked what's gonna happen to the shares we have and no word ever since.

WOW yesterday we had a rather large share purchase of 302 shares.I sent a e-mail to co. and have had no response after two weeks.

Today the bid size and ask size volume was very high.Could something be brewing here?

Last news found shows that they went with Paradox Entertainment for some sort of international licensing.I wish someone could find more on this co.This was done in the summer of 2012.
