Claudio sued his own company and reached a settlement to be paid in SYIN shares.

“Upon the completion of
the court process and issuance of shares, the applicable liabilities will be extinguished, thereby strengthening the
Company’s working capital position and reducing overall indebtedness. While the issuance of shares will be dilutive to
existing shareholders, management believes the transaction improves the Company’s financial condition by
converting outstanding obligations into equity and removing current and non-current liabilities. The Company believes
the Settlement Agreement resolves outstanding obligations and will result in the conversion of such obligations into
equity securities. The Company does not expect the outcome of this matter to have a material adverse effect on its

They didn't so maybe we see some more shares in the market, that could happen. Either they get approval for their facial recognition product or they don't.

There isn't anything to suggest they are going to flood the market with shares. And if this was just dump, then who was the buyer that took it all in?

Someone clearly dumped something like 7 million shares, if the company was an OTCQB they would have been more transparent.

I've had this happen to other OTCIQ stocks and depending on the issue, it could be lifted in a few days.

5 million shares added to restricted share count, wonder whats up, something telling me to grab a few shares.

$SYIN - The company put out a PR on January 23rd.

$SYIN -Synbio is overseeing the trial under its clinical and regulatory leadership pursuant to its agreement with FacialDx, the developer of the underlying AI technology. The trial is expected to commence in early 2026 and conclude later in the year.

The last 5 words of that PR tells when the trial will conclude. "LATER IN THE YEAR"

"The study will assess accuracy, reliability, and clinical utility in real-world conditions—data that may support future regulatory submissions and accelerate commercialization efforts. Conducting the trial in Australia offers cost and timeline efficiencies while maintaining globally recognized clinical and ethical standards."

"The company entered into a Master Services Agreement with CRO Services Pty Ltd, a leading Australian clinical research organization and a wholly owned subsidiary of Resonance Health Ltd (ASX: RHT). Under the agreement, CRO Services will conduct a clinical study to evaluate the real-world performance of FacialDx Incorporated’s NIMS™ (Non-invasive Medical Screening) platform, a proprietary AI-based facial analysis technology."

I looked up CRO Services trials and they are shorter than the normal "clinical trials" we would have in the US. My understanding, which seems to be corroborated by the January 23rd PR is that these can take anywhere from 4 months to 6 months.

The good news...these trials are shorter than those in the US, but Australia has reciprocity agreements with both the US and Europe. That means the triial in any of those jurisdictions ias accepted as valid by the other two. So if their trial in Australia is successful, they would have access to both the US and European markets. (Maybe that's why "International" is in their name?

My guess on timing would be that we're looking at the 3rd qtr or even the 4th qtr. I say that because this company hasn't shown that they are in a hurry! I think that's a fair assessment but I could be wrong. GL

Yes it’s frustrating. This type of set up and management (on paper) would’ve historically fired out update and PR after PR, resulting in a huge (and fast) run up.
My only thought, predicated on patience and presumption, that in lieu of nonstop (albeit any, really) updates, there’s a better chance of something material going on. If so, the run up may prove to have more support, and therefore a longer, healthier run and hold.
Of course, pie in the sky. But it seems like recently, CDEL has been positioning L2 as an anchor and ceiling.
But it’s all squat if we don’t get some substance. Would like to see them lean into the AI rush; all indicators appear that they could make it fun and bring back some of OTC zest we’ve all been missing…

Annual looked good- been a slower process than expected but rather that than nonsense pump and dumps.
Could be a real one…who knows, but seems to have a solid base, great SS, and good upside.

Seems like someone has been sniping shares off the ask.
Could be a loading, who knows. It’s been a long wait that’s for sure but still a solid look.
Maybe they get it together sooner rather than later. 

$SYIN - That's interesting, so you ask if this is the company in Taiwan and then you say you're not confused. Then you say that 98% of OTC is a scam.

Signs of a scam:

1) claiming to solve a problem that will secure a market worth $xxxxxx
2) saying that some Doctor has discovered the cure that no one else could find
3) not having any confirmation from a governing body....usually because it's a secret and it's being hidden to hurt us
4) suggesting you are one of the few who can profit from this incredible opportunity

$SYIN has many fualts with an accoiuntantt as CEO but they don't meet the criteria of a scam.

Conclusion: You're either trying to shake out shares for you to buy or you are incompetent.

Recommendatiion: Buy the stock from Taiwan....

98% of otc are scams, are you telling me they part of 2% club, but you can make bank of scams.

What gives you the impression that its a scam? It's slow moving but they have been forthcoming on what they are doing.
