Absolutely no reason. It was to prove a point on another board where an Eeyore was saying that anyone who says something will happen tomorrow HAS to have inside knowledge.

This just happened to be the first ticker symbol that came up as I entered 4 random letters.

I have never seen this before, nor have I checked into the company even one iota.

How come?

This is a different company then the one you are looking at. The only thing this company did was a 1:500 reverse split. The old symbol then was used by your company after they to did a reverse split.

When did they merge with SRGE there was no news on it.how did this happen . Was there a foward split

Why would someone dump 6000 shares at .01? Can only be for a tax loss. How very sad this is.

nice post. i dont think im the only one that took a whippin of the behind from this one. ive sold for a huge loss and moved on. not the first time and certainly not the last time for me

You may find they know the folks at Surge Technologies quite well even though you may not hear anything positive.

You may also hear ROFL from anyone who may be present while you are attempting to discuss this.

You could also check with the Alberta Stock Exchange.
Seems one of the Surge folk's, specifically a guy who's family comes from India was punished recently for playing some games that are not allowed within public companies.

You could also check Alberta Court of Queens Bench and see who is suing whom.

And if you check Dunn & Bradstreet credit report (it is online) you will get more information, perhaps not so positive.

Finally check with the Alberta Registries and ask for a complete historical corporate search on Surge.

You may not be too pleased that the thing called SURGE has been reborn more than once since the year 1999.

That appears to mean that the principals from this company
screwed you out of your investment. They still drive their fancy vehicles, live in their fancy condo's and spend fancy sums of money, but you, the investor got screwed, it seems.

And I notice that some of you lost some serious cash when you thought you were investing in a company that was operated by persons who had your BEST INTEREST in mind........

perhaps, THINK AGAIN.

In this province, one can litigate the principals of such a company for conduct that seems to have occurred and it is being considered currently by more than one group.

Well that was years ago and like I said who know now, but they did go to a lot of trouble to bring everything up to date for nothing and I would think that was strange.. They really are not getting money from their stock that's for sure. lol

Well years ago I know they were real, because the company where I work had their products on all of the computers.

The funny thing was they offered insurance against lighting protection if you bought their protectors. One of the building got wacked and IT FRIED EVERYTHING.

It happen on a weekend and the Monday when we went in the protector was just a charred black box and the computer was junk. But they replaced everything good as new. I think that is why they went in to BK because of there self insurance they provided. HUM

I am suprised that the 820 shares dumped today did not push the bid price down yet. Wont take much as you will not see any buying here.

Wow interest here is all gone now after the reverse split. Maybe there will not be dulution and some kind of investment.

Actually it looks like the ask price has moved up to .9 Still thats less than .002 pre-split.

How long before company dumps price back down to price split levels then? I think it would take only a few shares to do the trick. Maybe company does not want anyone buying there stock. And with this reverse no one will.

Well after a few trade price should be back down to pre split levels. That would be a good time to buy as I do not think another reverse split will happen so soon.

No. Company does not give a rip about shareholders. Expect only dilution to force stock price back down to pre-split levels. No PR is coming. Only reverse spits to wipe out us share holders. I have lost about $22,000 here.

Price was coming back before the R/S but now no one will put a penny into this after getting hit with this. Lets see if the company tries to dump shares now.

It would take just a couple of small sell orders by the company to knock the price back down to pre-slit levels. What a joke.

i agree wierd thing i had an order in at .002 before the real dump started near EOD (after getting filled 100k at $.0055 figured id average down) and only got a 14,000 share fill out of 200,000 shares even though millions were sold. kind of strange

1:500 is not "whopping" in pinkieland. Take a look around.

I will definitely not be buying this first thing Monday morning, but will surely be watching.

500 rs is not as much as usual in penny land.

I don't think anyone will touch this come Monday. Any company that does a wopping 1 for 500 RS and wipes out all shareholders will be seen as the garbage that it is. I know that I will not be buying this. Last post here so good luck to the former longs.
