Sonde Resources Corp. to Trade on TSX Venture Exchange

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Feb 14, 2014) - Sonde Resources Corp. ("Sonde" or the "Company") (TSX:SOQ)(NYSEMKT:SOQ) announced today that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted Sonde's application for listing its common shares effective at the opening on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, under the trading symbol SOQ. The Company will be de-listed from trading, as previously announced, from the Toronto Stock Exchange effective at the close of business on February 18, 2014. The common shares of the Company will continue to be listed on the NYSEMKT.
