SNDZ Sunridge International Inc (CE)

Sunridge International (OTC PK: SNDZ) announced today that it has filed the Form 25 with the SEC. Sunridge stock has been dually traded on both the OTC BB and OTC PK markets in the past, and it has brought some confusion to shareholders since both markets showed different quotes for the company’s stock. Since all of the trading has been done on the OTC PK market, Sunridge has requested to be removed as an SEC reporting company.

Sunridge plans on filing all necessary financial documentation to the OTC PK market once the SEC has approved the Form 25.
