Why still nothing? Many months gone by.

So Ash is still missing in action. He is supposedly a venture capital person but can't do anything for his own company. I mean there is 77,000 shares for sale at 8 cents and he can't even get a buyer for that..... seems like he is using this company as his own personal bank account. Over 18 months ago he said there would be updates.... none, zero.... more lies

Not only the laziest CEO, he doesn't even believe in his own company that he controls. There has been an offer of about 80k shares and he can't even find a buyer for $8000. What kind of confidence does that give other possible investors. I think that ASH forgot that he has a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders since the company is public. He runs this company like its private, takes all the money out for himself and doesn't even update shareholders on where the direction of the company is. He will soon be getting a call to where he will have to answer questions..... good luck ASH....

So Varjim and Ash.... where are you 2 hiding? It seems as Varjim is Ash's protector. Ash is a CEO that hides and doesn't keep his shareholders updated on the progress of the company. It's possible that he is just taking all the revenue and profits and holding it overseas. No one has had an update and when you call the company it sounds like a computer answering the phones.

I own a significant amount of shares and since Ash or no one from the company has returned calls or emails, I think I will go another route and make sure someone exposes this for what it is.

So its been 18 months since any update on this company. The stock is sitting at 2 cent bid with a missing CEO. No updates on any business.

More concerning is that I have sent the company 5 emails to have someone from IR or the company contact me.... no response, no email, no call... nothing.

Looks like nothing.... still no financials and no updates from the Company or CEO.... just sitting here at 10 cents with nothing. There are no updates and the CEO or company reps are missing in action.

Is there anyone out there that knows how to contact the company to find out what is going on? I have sent 2 emails to them via their website and no response from anyone in the company. I find it odd that the CEO posts back in February that there are updates coming and then 5 months later there is nothing. There is no life in this stock or company it seems. Looking at the financials that were posted, it looks like a significant amount of money was taken back by the company... not sure why they would do that. I hope they understand they have a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders as this is a public company, not private. They are supposed to be doing whats in our best interest not to line their own pockets.

Does anyone know if and when their quarterly report that is late will be posted? I have tried to contact the company twice now with no response. Typically, when the CEO posts that there will be updates shortly back in February, you would think we would hear something going into July.

Its been a long time since any shareholders have been updated or company has given us direction of company. Not sure if management understands they are running a public company.... not private.

I hope they start informing us of what is going on.
