ITEM 1.01  Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

Effective January 2, 2019, Rego Payment Archtitectures, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an agreement with Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP (“Morgan Lewis”), whereby Morgan Lewis will provide legal services primarily in connection with Mergers and Acquisitions and advice on privacy and banking regulatory matters.
