For the past 18 years she has been a Worship Leader at New Covenant Fellowship Church, where she and her husband, Alex of 32 years, currently oversee the Marriage Ministry. Deborah has been the Worship Leader for numerous women conferences. God has blessed her with the opportunity to provide opening music for several prominent speakers such as Dr. Rick Warren, Ruth Graham, Kay Arthur, Jan Silvious and artists CeCe Winans and Karen Abercrombie (Ms. Clara).
