There isn't a marketing campaign. Like I said they're rolling out 25 cases of Santa to a Northern California market. It won't sell. These guys don't know how to build a brand. Look at Calm. Even if it is selling they're not pushing it. Jeff is living off the loan and he will pay it back on crypto gains before closing this company for good. This was never going to end well. He had hopes in 2020 but there's no market for this mushroom. Too many regulations. It might hit .02 but there's over 600,000 shares on the sell at .02Everyone wants out. Jeff and his one employee are no good. Two Canadians living in Canada trying to sell in America. They're getting played

I talked to Jeff. He has a pilot of Santa coming out but it's bunk. I tried it. He can't extract the mushroom legally according to fda standards to get a decent effect. It will fail like calm. Reason why nobody is in this mushroom. It's no good.

Spoke to the CEO. He's launching his 4oz shot in a couple months but only in a small market in California. And online. No interest in nationwide or larger distribution. He hopes to get his stock to .03-.05 in the near future.Unfortunately this is not a sound investment anyymore. Never really was. Since ipo it's gone straight to zero.

My favorite part about this company is their lack of any social media. At least calm is not in Amazon anymore. It's also not in any central market stores. Pretty sure it's pulled from all brick and mortar stores across the USA. I had a bottle shipped to me last month and it wasn't liquid. It literally was paste inside like it liquified. I sent it back and got a refund. Buy CELH if you want a beverage. This is a dead stock. No volume so it really can't be listed on the OTC much longer. I give it till eoy then it will go to pinks. They're not going to pay the legal fees to the SEC next year.

Last I spoke to Jeff was in November and he said he'd have news of product by early 2025. Well that was a lie. Now his partner is fling interviews but they have no updates. I think they're just coasting on the leftover money they have without any care of their stock. The money will run out eventually

Look up or call KGK Sciencd on the AME-1 clinical study. All that was initiated was the $25k fee, there were no studies, no research just the fee. There was never a study. Jeff really is a piece of work but he knows the US system. Can't blame him.

I'm not surprised he did. The fees are between 250k and 500k depending on annualized buys and sells. You have to understand this was always planned. Professor Nutt, the mushroom guru sold his 350,000 free shares at .02c on the Canadian exchange this month. In exchange another exec picked up his shares at no cost on the US market. Jeff's shares are exempt to keep his salary at 185k a year till 2027. He literally did nothing for 6 years but collect a salary and bonuses off of acquisitions. There was never a beverage or a tea or a vape. The deal was to make a tincture, put it online to sell, fail, then dissolve the business. No social media platform to protect him from any lawsuits. Pink slips 101. Thanks for playing. House wins.
