Waiting on a response. I've had a few companies return from Expert Market so I'm not that worried until we go CE.

If it remains in this price range I will call in some stink bids and see if I can load .001's. That price is ridiculous.

To think CFIUS screwed the pooch on this deal just months back, what a shame. I would take that deal in a heartbeat right now.

Regardless of what you think about the size of the insider purchase,any insider with half a brain wouldn't pour in good money after bad unless he thought that there was a catalyst ahead that would result in share appreciation.Unless you know something that he doesn't?Which I doubt is the case.

That's the way to do it! Buy the dips while we wait for filings and/or news! Insiders don't buy for no reason plus we have the goods! Buy breakouts (23 Jan) and then start scaling-out into frenzies.

Make money on the way up - don't let greed turn to anguish when the move inevitably reverses.

When it DOES go against you, sell it.

That insider-buy was meaningless & smaller than most retail. (I realize he's a big holder generally).

Believe nothing you read about OTC fundamentals.

Actually luck had nothing to do with that last year. i had been here long enough to establish a lot of shares at .11. when it started going up I told myself when it got to the 40 range I would not get greedy and be happy. Surprised myself that I stuck to it! LOL
Made it even nicer that I had the shares in my IRA

glad u kept this around. they got independent appraisal. think in high 80s and if oil over 100 over buck a share co worth. when they got buyout offer of 59 cents us.

I personally believe we are way undervalued $.599x per share USD or $.74 CDN. As some reddit shareholders have estimated PQEFF could be valued between $1.42 - 2.45 USD per share.

I think this move to buy our PQEFF shares for only $.599x USD per share is a low ball offer for the company assets revealed in the interview by the COO. Hopefully some other companies uncover the incredible value here and up the offer significantly!

Why would anyone think they are currently producing oil in Utah?

I’ll be looking for more Form 4’s to detect additional insider buying. If the Utah plant is up and running and oil is being sold then I would expect friends and family purchasing shares before they release any news.
