We were share holder about 1 1/2 years ago, but pulled out at a loss.
So many good properties just laying and waiting for the next bull market in resource stocks.

I don't have L2, but from what I can see on pinksheets website "free L2", this thing just will not trade even one share lately, like it's some sort of a standoff situation, with ask holding at .03, and bid holding at .014/5/7, for the last few weeks. Like no one wants to budge. Makes it look like trading has been halted......I'd like to buy some more, in an effort to average down{dangerously, as usual). Currently have a standing limit buy set, at .015 for a while now. I would like to find more current chat about the company. I found some, several months ago, but can't remember where. I don't think it was Yahoo. Tried Instantbull, but can't seem to get that one going. Either of you have any URLs, for current chit-chat? Maybe some Canadian blog site, for mining companies?

Premium Exploration Samples High Grade Gold and Encounters Friday Zone-Style Mineralisation at the Deadwood Zone

October 12, 2011, Vancouver, British Columbia: Premium Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:PEM, OTCQX:PMMEF) (”Premium” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce a drill program update and surface grab sample results from the recently acquired patented claims within the Deadwood Zone at the Idaho Gold Project.

Key Points:
•Surface grab samples have returned encouraging grades from two different mineralised systems. Premium’s primary focus is a lower grade, bulk-tonnage target; however a higher grade cross-cutting quartz vein system has been recognised, which represents an attractive secondary target.

•Drilling on the patented claims within the northern part of the Deadwood Zone has encountered similar alteration assemblages and sulphide mineralisation to those seen in grab samples.
•Deadwood drill-holes exhibit similar geological, structural, alteration, and sulphide mineralisation characteristics of the Friday Zone located 12 km to the south, which hosts the current NI 43-101 compliant resource.
•Deadwood is one of several mineralised zones along the 30 km Orogrande Shear Zone (OSZ) regional system; all mineralised zones are linked by the 30 km geophysical anomaly with co-incident 16 km gold-in-soil trends.

“Encountering Friday Zone material 12 km away within the Deadwood Zone, along with excellent outcrop results, and gold-in-soils, further suggests the potential for multiple gold deposits along the regional trend,” stated Michael Ostenson, P.Geo., VP Exploration.

Grab samples (972816-972819) are taken from a quartz vein system along 50 meters of strike length and all returned +10 g/t Au results from the fire assay analyses. The balance of the grab samples are taken from sheared and altered country rock with up to 5% pyrite occurring as disseminated and in veinlets.

Widely spaced drill-holes are drilled along a 400 metre portion of the 12 km gold-in-soil anomaly that trends through the Deadwood and Buffalo Gulch Zones and correlates with the 30 km OSZ structure.

First pass drilling is designed to discover bulk tonnage style mineralisation associated with the OSZ structure. Alteration assemblages and sulphide mineralisation encountered in teh first three drill-holes on the Deadwood patented claims (SD2011-1, 2, & 3), are similar to those seen in the surface grab samples reported in this release.

Large structures have been defined in the first three drill-holes and will be used as a guide to outline the size and geometry of the potential mineralised system. The structures are similar to those controlling mineralisation at the Friday-Petsite resource 12 km to the south. The structures at Friday-Petsite have been successfully used as the primary guiding feature for resource expansion.

High-Grade Vein Prospects – Secondary Target

The northern part of the Deadwood Zone is interpreted to comprise two types of gold bearing systems; an east-west high-grade quartz vein system, and a north-south disseminated lower-grade bulk tonnage system. Premium’s primary focus is to define a bulk tonnage deposit.

The presence of the high-grade vein system has become a secondary drill target for Premium and the intersection of these two systems has the potential to host high-grade vein clusters within a large lower grade bulk tonnage deposit, thereby enhancing the overall grade.

There are at least 8 high-grade east-west vein systems along a 7 km segment of the +30 km OSZ within the Deadwood Zone with historically reported grades of over 1 oz/ton. A large portion of the Deadwood Zone is therefore potentially open to new discoveries.

Veins can be up to a few metres in width and laterally extensive. A number of these high-grade quartz veins have been historically mined. Historical mining exploited the shallow oxide portions of the veins, leaving the sulphide portion of the vein open to depth.

The Deadwood Zone has Several Correlating Features:
•12 km gold-in-soil trend with soil sample results over 1.0 g/t Au and a high of 4.0 g/t Au
•Surface outcrop sampling in excess of >10 g/t Au
•Alteration and sulphide mineralization in drilling consistent with Friday Zone 12 km to the south
•All mineralization and alteration coincides with the main regional structure (OSZ) that links all the known mineralised zones at the Idaho Gold Project, including the current NI 43-101 compliant Friday-Petsite resource of 343,000 indicated oz in 11.8 Mt @ 0.90 g/t Au and 879,000 inferred oz in 26.4 Mt @ 1.04 g/t Au (0.5 g/t Au cut-off) at the Friday Zone.

NI 43-101

Premium’s current NI 43-101 on the Friday-Petsite Zone along the Company’s Idaho Gold Project, was prepared for Premium by Mark I. Pfau, MSc. of Tellurian Exploration, Inc. Mr. Pfau is an Independent Qualified Person as defined under NI 43-101. The technical report has an effective date of March 28, 2011 and a revised date of September 30, 2011.

Quality Assurance

The Company has implemented a rigorous QA/QC program using best industry practices at the Friday-Petsite Property. The program includes chain of custody of samples, drill core sawn in half and shipped in sealed bags, blind duplicates, blank samples and certified standards are inserted in the sample stream. The samples are then boxed and couriered to Acme Analytical Laboratories of Vancouver, B.C. a lab certified for the provision of assays and geochemical analyses (ISO 9001:2008). Samples with gold values greater than 10 g/t are re-analyzed via the metallic screen procedure. Samples with visible gold are also analyzed using the metallic screen analysis, as are samples immediately preceding and following the sample with visible gold. ALS Chemex is the check laboratory for the program.

The 2011 Phase-Four exploration program is being directed by Michael Ostenson, P.Geo., VP Exploration of Premium Exploration Inc. Mr. Ostenson is a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101. Mr. Ostenson prepared, and approves of the content in this release.

Premium Exploration: Exploration Update along 30 Km Emerging Gold District

This represents less than 1% of the +60 km of parallel and cross-cutting structures identified on the property.

Drilling Update:

Buffalo Gulch Zone

The target zone at Buffalo Gulch is 4 km of the 12 km correlating Gold-in-Soil and Airborne Geophysical anomalies along the main 30 km trend.

Drilling at Buffalo Gulch is designed to test the same geological model tested at the Friday Zone, 20 km south along the 30 km trend, which resulted in 100% success in drilling and increased the Friday-Petsite deposit from 549,000 oz inferred to 880,000 inferred and 343,000 oz indicated gold in Phase-Three.

A historic indicated resource of 110,000 oz gold in 4.8 Mt at 0.8 g/t with 0.4 g/t Au cut-off is hosted along 0.5 km of the 4 km trend and remains open. The last operator in the 1990's focused on defining near-surface oxide mineralization. Targeting gold-in-soil anomalies, they defined the near-surface oxide deposit via shallow, vertical RC drilling and did not investigate potential high-grade structural mineralization at depth; Premium's new geological model.

The first 7 holes are located within the current Friday-Petsite resource footprint. Upon successfully locating the Friday Fault at depth (Lower Block), Premium intends to continue stepping out along strike, out of the resource footprint.

Field Season Update:

Gold-In-Soil Sampling:

A total of 550 gold-in-soil samples in the +10,000 sampling program have been taken along the western portion of the Deadwood Zone to further refine drill targets planned for the Phase-Four drill program.

This first stage of sampling is focused on the new "Lucky Strike Structure" previously announced March 29th 2011. The second stage of the gold-in-soil sampling program will be focused to the west and south of the Friday-Petsite resource following the OSZ south to the X Zone.

In-situ gold-in-soil sampling along the Idaho Gold Project has been shown to be a key exploration tool and an excellent representation of the underlying bedrock as the region is un-glaciated.

Claim Staking:

A total of 623 new claims have been staked bringing the Idaho Gold Project land position to 2,127 un-patented lode claims and 5 patented claims for a total of 2,132 claims. The total area has been increased by 30% to 172.6 square km.

Quality Assurance

The Company has implemented a rigorous QA/QC program using best industry practices at the Friday-Petsite Property. The samples are then boxed and couriered to Acme Analytical Laboratories of Vancouver, B.C. a lab certified for the provision of assays and geochemical analyses (ISO 9001:2008). In Phase-Three, as with Phase-Two and Phase-One, samples with gold values greater than 10 g/t are re-analyzed via the metallic screen procedure. Samples with visible gold were also analyzed initially using the metallic screen analysis, as were the samples immediately preceding and following the sample with visible gold. ALS Chemex is the check laboratory for the program.

Very nice stock price performance today.

Upcoming news releases in next couple of months should include: details of the Airborne Geophysics survey which preliminarilly show a footprint of likely gold deposits stretching 28km long; the final 5 drill results from Phase 3 drill program; details on upcoming NI 43-101 study for the Friday Petsite; Phase 4 drill plan for 2011 (with doubling the # of drills); possible disposition of the Montana property; re-assay results of a high grade core sample; and more. The last 2 drill assays were good ones; they continue a 100% drill success rate; management believes the upcoming (Feb/March, 2011) 43-101 resource infered results will double the existing 550,000 ounces; has said that the Friday could result in a few million ounces; has reported that they hit on a new deposit on the Monday fault a short distance to the west of the Friday fault.

I was told that we "could" (as in maybe) be getting some big news with possible big implecations this coming week. And, more news possible in early January. However, don't know if the news will be bad or good. Given the growing PEM story so far I would think that they can only be adding ounces in the short, medium and long term, in my humble opinion. I don't expect perfection, but I do sense good things continue to lie ahead, on average. Hoping that this week's news (if any) is "good." We shall see. From what is known so far, PEM's ounces in the ground at the Friday Petsite, on only about 6% of the Orogrande Shear Zone controlled by PEM, continues to grow. In 2011 they will double the number of drills on the OSZ. It is looking increasingly like 2011 could be a HUGE year for PEM and us.

For a little humor, here are a couple of new cartoon videos about Premium.

On 11/24 at 9:45 EST on the TSX exchange PEM (and PMMEF) had an astounding 29 buy orders pending for about 275,500 shares which were bid lower than the ask price. The orders to sell were a paultry 6 with 34,000 shares up for sale at a ask price higher than the bidders. Although this changes through out a day and from day to day, it says that the stock is being sought by far more than those willing to sell. Yet, almost all sellers do not know this. If they did, they'd raise their asking price. As of the moment, the demand for PEM (PMMEF) shares is far greater than supply. Institutional buyers have been steadilly accumulating shares quietly a few thousand at a time, hour after hour, day after day, week after week, month after month. Several have over 1 million to 8 million shares with famous Eric Sprott now having close to 7 million shares.

At the Friday Petsite portion of Premium's OSZ land holding they have hit 100% on all drill tests so far. (Industry average is close to 70%). They keep expanding the width, depth and length at both ends with continuous results. Upcoming final drill results for the 2010 drill program should put them "over the top" of goals and expectations. In Feb & March the NI43-101 independent report should prove out all of what they have been finding and having independently tested-reported back to them. Share "value" for just the Friday Petsite portion of Premium's property (4% of the land) has been estimated to probably be somewhere between $2.00 to $3.00, by some. Could be less or more. Too early to tell. Premium has stated in a video that they would then sell this site to a "major" in exchange for a "fat check for the shareholders." If so, would additionally also expect a royalty for every ounce mined. On You tube, under "Premium Exploration" there are a couple of new cartoon videos in the list of PMMEF videos. Premium Exploration and Velocity Minerals Clarify Claim Staking in Idaho, USA

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 17, 2010) - Premium Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PEM) and Velocity Minerals Ltd. are pleased to jointly issue this release regarding the current state of mineral claims staked by the Companies in the Orogrande mining district in central Idaho USA.

Both Companies are engaged in the exploration of what is believed to be a very large gold trend known to be the Orogrande Shear Zone "OSZ". Premium is focused on systematically exploring and developing targets identified along its district-sized land package covering 30-Km of strike length along the interpreted OSZ. The land package extends from Project "X" at the southern end of the OSZ to Buffalo Gulch on the north, while Velocity Minerals is focused on the potential southern extension or splay of the OSZ.

Premium began announcing the increases to its original district-sized land package of 394 claims (32 sq-km), September 8th of 2010. The Company increased its land position to 582 claims (43 sq-km) by adding 134 claims (11 sq-km) due to the identification of multiple high-priority targets with geophysical signatures similar to that of the Friday-Petsite Project in the Deadwood and Aurum Project Areas.

On Oct 12th 2010, Premium announced a total 200% increase to its land package with the addition of 774 new claims, totalling 1,168 claims (95 sq km) over the OSZ upon the release of the Airborne Geophysics. The additional claims expanded the main project areas of Buffalo Gulch, Deadwood, Aurum, Friday-Petsite, and added Project X to the south.

The order of claim staking is attributed to the way the geophysical survey was conducted from north to south. As raw data was received, high priority targets were first interpreted and staked in the Deadwood and Aurum Project Areas. Further on, claims were staked south of the original Friday-Petsite claim boundary, culminating in the staking of the Project X anomaly.

On September 27th, Velocity announced the staking of 60 claims south of Premium's original Friday-Petsite Project, the southern-most boundary prior to Premium's second announcement of its final land position increase. Since then, Velocity has staked an additional 96 claims on the potential extension of the OSZ, south of Premium's Project X.

In order to expedite the overall development of the gold trend and to gain a better understanding of its district potential, the two Companies have engaged in dialogue on how to most efficiently undertake exploration of the considerable land area believed to contain the trend, under the pretence of a strategic alliance.

Premium's present corporate strategy is to systematically develop the OSZ; continuing the development of the Friday-Petsite Project while making new discoveries at the high-priorities in the central and northern portions of its land package. This leaves the early stage exploration and development in the southern portions of the OSZ to be advanced by Velocity, expediting the development of the largest amount of land along the gold trend in the most efficient manner possible.

I'm new to this BB and wanted to share what I was told yesterday (10/20) by Premium Ex. . .

Expecting drill results next week; on the Friday Petsite portion of holdings they have not yet found where the gold mineralization ends in neither width no length; the company is planning to add 1 or 2 more drills to the existing 2; The Deadwood location may be the next focus and appears to be "unbelievable; The top 10 share holders are continuing to accumulate shares; Premium's staff are exuberant and working 7 days a week. They want to drill, drill, drill, drill. Theey recently expanded their land holdings by 3x and the airborne survey has been a huge success. They now control what is expected to become the next big gold mining district in the U.S. Lots of institutional interest continues to surface. Hope this helps.
