“Hi - sorry, But my site is just biographical history in that case. I resigned from Pulse back in 2017 and resigned from Pulse shareholder fubo in October 2020… so I am way out of the loop. Again, sorry I don’t have better info for you.”

Jordan Fiksenbaum is the CEO of PLFX who we have not been able to contact. I have spoken to FUBO investor relations many times. They too are in the dark. Even though they have millions of dollars invested and have a consulting agreement with Jordan, they have yet to knowledgeable whether they have spoken with him regarding PLFX’s future.

Looks like our old CEO (who made promises of a stock swap of some kind in the past) owns Crystal Palace foot ball club. What the hell is going on?? Now he owns a soccer club?? Where did that money come from? This is weird. We got screwed. Bad. I am pissed now.

How is this possible? Something smells rotten on how this company just vanished. What about the assets?? What about the IP??? What the hell is going on here? I feel like we just got robbed by someone and we are left to zero info on what happened to this company. Does anyone have any info on the lawsuit that was happening a while back? Thanks in advance.

FUBO just acquired an AI company to help identify players on the field during play. I was hoping there would be some over lap with PLFXs technology. We will see. This is a nightmare. They really screwed the common shareholders here. Ashame.

Hi , thanks for the reply. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Yes, it would be interesting to know about the lawsuits and Textor. Unfortunately these things happen to good people who take the chances. I’m still keeping and eye out in case something makes it run fir a minute so I don’t miss it.

Hi There back Dminva. Sorry I don’t have PM. I unfortunately have not heard anything about PLFX and it’s future. But that being said I haven’t really tried to find anything out either. Maybe next week I will try and look into it. I figured this is dead money at this point but sometimes these can surprise you. I just had one that was from back in 2007 come back to life out of nowhere. 4m shares went from .0003 too .0088 in two months so it can happen. Hoping we wake up one day and they put out a PR that says they are back. You would think FUBO would do something with this company. Either they just buried this company as a favor to someone on their board or they actually thought the tech was something they could use within their platform and they just haven’t worked that out yet. Not sure they they would send a guy from FUBO to work on PLFX and then….nothing. This is making no sense. I have no idea what is happening. I know that TEXTOR “promised” HIS shareholders we would get some kind of offer but he seems to be long gone. I am sure he got paid as well as other insiders and we are left out in the cold. I wonder where he landed. Would be nice to find that out and try and get some answers. I also think there was a couple law suits floating around out there. That may be something this board of 3 or 4 people can try and look into. See if we can try and find out whatever happens to those law suits. Now I am wondering about it. Did they settle or are they still active in the courts. That would be good to know. If anyone has any info please post on this board and let’s see if we can do a little digging. Who knows. It could get the powers that be to take notice and finally do something for the commoners. Fubo stock is doing just fine. I would be happy to swap shares with them. Lol

I am hoping one day we get a PR updating what they are planning on doing and we get a nice surprise. But who knows? But I agree. Very disappointing so far. We had a glimmer of hope and now….crickets.

It‘s downgraded to the expert market/grey sheets due to the new SEC rule that is in place since yesterday. Need to get current on filings to ever leave the grey sheets again. Grey sheets doesn‘t have official quoted or a level2.

Ouch. That stinks. I was wondering about that. Bill Mahr did a joke about ABBA doing an avitar type concert on his HBO show and I was hoping that was going to be Plfx still producing it. Thanks for sharing. I was going to look that up yesterday but forgot. PLFX probably knew that a long tome ago and that is why we went to almost zero. They bailed before they had to announce they lost the “contract”. That was probably the final nail and they had nothing else in the pipe line. That’s a shame. The ceo probably is great friends FUBO and he did our CEO a huge favor. I also sure PLFX A series shares got paid in cash. Leaving us with our common shares which went to about 4 cents. Well. I guess that’s what happens with risky penny plays. Lol.
I am hoping the new guy in charge from FUBO has something up his sleeve. Otherwise I have no idea why FUBO bought them. Makes no sense but we will see. I am hoping for the best.

Of course if that project succeeds there should be plenty of opportunities with other bands in the future.

Not sure but hopefully the guy they put in charge of this is working on it. I just can’t see them saying they are placing someone in charge of this company and then not doing anything. Hopefully things are going on behind the scenes and we are pleasantly surprised one morning with some info. I am in a wait and see pattern at this point.

Well what the heck is going on here. Put in a sell order and it flew up! Thankfully the sale did not occur before I cancelled. I have been searching all day for info and found nothing new on $PLFX. Are they current now? Anybody else here have an explanation for this big surge today?

Yeah certainly very disappointing that we didn‘t hear anything by now. These guys are weird. The guy should be entirely focused on PLFX so where are the updates.

I concur. Jumped up a couple months ago which was a nice surprise but man this is hard to watch.

They need to get this current otherwise we have a bigger problem end of september.

We lost all the momentum but I guess we will have to wait and see if they actually do something with this ticker.

It does BUT stuff that’s happening behind the scenes suggests something major happening here. Woulda been nice to sell at the high and buy back down here but unlike other crappy penny stocks I’m in, i actually have faith something big is going to happen. There are actual filings showing fiskenbaum being linked to plfx now. No reason for them to do that just for the hell of it. It’s been years of dead money. Might as well hold and see what’s going to happen
