What is going on why is stock so low??

I have been following these guys. Correct if Im wrong, they had quite alot of losses last year, and are now dwindling down on their leases, yet their stock price is fairly stable?

Updated results from il basin. Blue Spruce well appears to be ready for production. Positive results from 2 levels. More water than oil, but can be resolved. Plant to visit area in early March.

Strata-X seems to be right on schedule.

VANCOUVER, July 23, 2014 /CNW/ - Terrace Energy Corp. (the "Company") (TSXV: TZR, OTCQX: TCRRF; FRANKFURT: 2TR) is pleased to announce it has completed its bought deal public offering of 10,820,000 common shares at a price of CDN$1.85 per share for gross proceeds of CDN$20,017,000 under the Company's short-form prospectus dated July 17, 2014 (the "Prospectus").

Canaccord Genuity Corp. acted as lead underwriter on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters comprising Canaccord, Cormark Securities Inc., GMP Securities LP, and Salman Partners Inc. The underwriters received a cash commission equal to 6.5% of the gross proceeds of the offering.

The Company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering towards exploration and evaluation work on its Maverick County, Big Wells and Northwest AWP projects, as disclosed in the Prospectus.

To me it just feels like they are deliberately pushing the share price down prior to the shareholder meeting in two weeks. According to the article put out on June 5th, they expected it to take about four weeks to pull the high volume of water cuts out of the wells in Xenia and Johnsonville. I do not know if they have either one actually on pump and under production test currently, but it would appear as though the Blessing Well should have been brought up to between 100 and 200 bopd weeks ago according to what they projected in the article, if I am understanding it correctly. I may very well be misinterpreting it, but that is how I am reading it. It seems like we should have at the very least have received some news that the Blessing Well is producing such and such many bopd by now IMO.

Looks to be a mass exodus out of the Maverick county.insert-text-here 32 bopd. Like can that even be commercial, wholly Fack. NAT GAS dropping again like a rock due to a cooler summer. I can't see the SP sustaining the 20's BUT it sure would be nice to see the insiders step in and support their own stock through the trading desk of the market.

I believe I read a rumor of the Maverick suppose to be undergoing a frac job in August, but that is just an unsubstantiated rumor. I agree with your speculation on this should likely pick up once we have substantiated production. It will be interesting to see how the market reacts if we get good production news in Illinois soon. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how it goes.

Well,I would like to see the daily trading volume to go up a lot. I am still long on this company. IMO it will once some production and reserve data is released. Any idea what the status of the Maverick project is?

Woolsey Energy leases nearby Strata-X Leases: I am really curious about private operator Woolsey Energy, who continues drilling down to the Knox formation at the 8000 foot range and capping the wells to apparently hold the leases. He has done this apparently in White, Wayne and Edwards Counties. I notice he continues to drill to the Knox formation rather than just drilling shallow vertical wells and capping them. I wonder if Strata-X is sitting on something in the Knox formation as well as the New Albany Shale. If we get good news next week on the Burkett I think it should pick up media coverage all across the country. I just hope the speculation on it is right!

I think since this is listed primarily on the TSX it just doesn't get noticed in the States. But the main word in my mind is "yet". We have a potential Eagle Ford type play in Illinois, acreage in the actual Eagle Ford, and now North Dakota seems to truly be the Sleeping Giant it name has depicted. Once production starts coming in the big boys will start loading up. They wont until we really prove out these resources but its coming. No doubt in my mind.

I think it is odd too. I can't wait to hear the two magic words. Commercial Oil.

It will be very interesting to see what we get on the Burkett for news next week. Well said buyback. This one is a real sleeper. they drilled 1400' in ND and not only got the gas they were hoping for but apparently oil as well. Just loo at early stages of Bakken to see what this may be. Strange nobody in the states seems to be aware except for us and JP Morgan.

Picture of tanks in ND, looks like things are moving fast up there. They claim that is has 'abundant porosity' and 80 feet thick of intervals with gas and oil. Burkett rumored to go on pump next week! I am thinking this can go from low .30's to dollar land really quickly now! JP Morgan supposed to be holding over 15% of company stock. History of selling companies to Shell and subsidiaries. Low share structure. What the hell else can somebody ask for in an investment vehicle???

Well, they definitely seem like a good fit to me for Marathon with the holdings in Illinois and North Dakota. Our 120,000 acres in ND and their 370,000 acre lease. As well as the pipeline Marathon has near the Vail lease.

I'm hopeful they will find a partner like Marathon with experience in unconventional oil and gas play and then make Swiss cheese out of Illinois, ND, and Maverick.

The fact that the Corporate officers have a history of selling Arrow Energy and Bow Energy to Royal Dutch Shell is a good way of trying to judge the possibilities to me. That and the fact that this is the beginning of horizontal fracing in the State of Illinois, which used to be one of the largest producing Oil Basins in the Country, and Strata-X holds aprox 72,000 acres of leases. The news on the ND lease where they drilled into 80 foot thick of an apparent gas and oil find. I also look at what other companies who have been successful in fracing in other States. But , maybe someone else can fill us in with how they would value a company like this. But this is all my guess work for me, and not advice to others.

I am really curious as to what is going on with the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders. I keep looking on the Australian Exchange to see if they release any news about it tonight.

I don't think it would be a full buyout yet but I definitely could incision a JV partner. That would be sweet! Go Strata.

I wonder if the delay on the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders is due to the North Dakota find!! This may very well mean that there was some form of buyout offer taking place. Just a theory. But odd that they put out news on an 80 foot thick total pay zone and then they delayed this shareholder meeting!!

Soon we will know if the meeting brings us a partner, as the projects are to big for such a small company to devllop them all alone.

Well we are halted most likely for a financing deal but the extraordinary meeting scheduled for the 25th sounds quite interesting. I wonder if its related to either Maverick or could something be up with our asset in Australia? Good stuff coming me thinks.......
