Perf Go Green Holdings, Inc. (Perf Go Green) (OTCBB: PGOG,
www.perfgogreen.com), a marketer and distributor of biodegradable
plastics, has completed the companys first major commercial
conversion with the Grand Hyatt hotel in New York City. Beginning
this fall, the Grand Hyatt at 109 East 42nd Street at Grand Central
Terminal, http://www.grandnewyork.hyatt.com, will use Perf Go Green
custom-sized commercial trash bags in three different sizes for
their entire hotel operations, including executive offices, hotel
trashcans, steward stations and ice bucket containers. Grand
Hyatts conversion to Perf Go Green is part of a larger
environmental program through the Hyatt Corporation, known as Hyatt
Earth, which outlines a timeline for the companys 365 hotels to
implement more environmentally sustainable operations. This is a
major milestone for our commercial conversion sales efforts, said
Perf Go Green Chairman and CEO Tony Tracy. It has the potential
for a domino effect not only within the Hyatt Corporation, but for
other businesses to follow suit. Our commercial product can be
tailored for custom specifications and fits naturally with the
overall sustainable initiatives that many companies are now rapidly
evaluating and implementing. Were delighted to work with Grand
Hyatt on this important initiative. As a flagship property within
the Hyatt Corporation, were trying to reduce the environmental
impact of our everyday operations, and identify innovative,
eco-friendly products and sustainable operations that serve as a
model for other Hyatt properties, said Diana Beltran,
Environmental Development Manager, Grand Hyatt New York. By using
Perf Go Green products and reducing the amount of plastic waste in
the environment, were making a positive impact. Perf Go Green also
gets out the message that were trying to make a difference,
benefiting not only our guests, but also our employees, all at the
same time. Perf Go Green products incorporate recycled plastics
that are combined with an Oxo-biodegradable proprietary application
method to produce the film for the bags. Based on environmental
claims statements made by the manufacturer of the Oxo-biodegradable
applied to our bags, when discarded in soil and exposed to the
presence of microorganisms, moisture and oxygen, we believe Perf Go
Green products biodegrade, decomposing into simple materials found
in nature much faster than regular plastics, which can take
hundreds of years to break down. Through this process and the use
of recycled plastics, the company effectively removes plastic waste
from the environment. In addition, Perf Go Green bags utilize a
unique patented dispensing system that stores the bags on the
bottom of trashcans and dispenses them one at a time. Perf Go green
commercial trash bags complement the companys existing consumer
product line, which currently include the 13-gallon tall kitchen
trash bag and 30-gallon lawn & leaf bags. Founded in November
2007, Perf Go Green premiered at the March 2008 International Home
and Housewares Show in Chicago, where its products received an
honor for their design quality and innovation. In addition to
offering its products online at www.Amazon.com and
www.Drugstore.com, Perf Go Green is rolling out its first items in
Walgreens stores in September. About Perf Go Green Perf Go Green,
