AFAIK, the "Expert" tier was only initiated in October or November of 2019. In other words, it is too new to pass any sort of judgment upon, other than the fact that, while on the "Expert" tier, there exists far less transparency for technical traders.......

PGGG has been moved to Expert. I have never seen a stock get moved off Expert. What makes you think that PGGG will be the first?

Its part of the Pegasus group of companies. They got there fingers into every thing these days using public money to pay them selves in the live style they are accustom too. They will come back once the recapture enough of there outstanding shares if not they will let her bleed out and take there wages and start a new Pegasus.


There is not just Pegasus but a whole other group of different names they use to generate capital. Play them for the moment and don't fall in love with them is my approach to them.

OH I think it was Mario selling shares the new CEO didnt know about - Hell he went and issued shares in BCIT and he wasnt even part of the company. he founded PGGG I am sure he had lots of shares the new CEO didnt know about

Why did people wait to sell till today.

All the online gambling stocks fell off a cliff Monday morning.
Excapsa software fell from $55-$12 in five minutes.
That stock traded as high as 110 earlier this year.
What is wrong with people. This is Wednesday. You had all day Monday and Tuesday to sell the stock. You were granted a great gift to have so much time to unload. This stock should have fell sharply Monday morning if people were on the ball who own this stock. I guess some large shareholders figured out today or probably most likely the market maker saw an excellent time to short. Oh well. Come Secom saw.

OH OH WTF - did Mario resurface somehwre and dump some of his free or even counterfiet shares. That POS would not be beyond handing over a company like PGG and having shares unregistered.

I just have a gut feel todays massive selling and 60% haircut had something to do with that POS

Oh, ok. I have read some this guys stuff and he is pretty much one of the "Paid Advertisement" mass mailing self-proclaimed "guru" types.

I must have read this wrong? I thought it was a 16 page glossy, professional PR someone put out. All I have ever seen from this guy is the usual 2-3 page "Newsletter" with "super-secret" info no one but him wants to share with you and me.

Can I ask, from whom did you get this 16 page glossy promotion package? I really am interested as it seems impossible to get any info these days from anywhere. Especially updated info. Even here on this site, I notice the general info listed at the top is dated June of 2005 and shows for example the share count as 15,000,000. Since then, the share count has expanded late last year/earlier this year to over 27,000,000. I have no idea what it is now, but I would be curious to know what the promotion package SAYS it is now???

As many of you have wrote, SOMETHING is up as the volume has been increasing throughout the summer and into the fall, the share price has been rising, and yet there remains not one single bit of information to support such a move. Moreover, their licensor, Chimera Technology, who owns the technology, gets a piece of everything Pegasus brings in, owns 5 million shares of Pegasus(as part of the original cash/stock fee for the exclusive Master license to market Chimera's technology in both Europe and Africa) and who has other direct non-exclusive parters in other parts of the rest of the world, remains absolutely stagnant! It has not moved one bit and volume remains low. It makes no sense and there seems to be a complete disconnect going on here. Chimera is the company in the middle of upgrading their listing to the OTCBB (maybe AIM as well but no confirm recently they actually went ahead with that). Their silence while the filing is ongoing would not in of itself make me nervous, but how on earth can PEGASUS have such a strong bid on no news while Chimera remains flat with little interest?!?!?! I own some Pegasus so I am not saying a share price rise "bothers" me, but I also own Chimera and something does not seem right?

Anybody else have any thoughts on this?

To me it looks like it is just getting started. The fact that it has moved up 100% without any news tells me there's something coming. Don't know what but keep watching.

I don't know a thing about this company other than I just recently received a fax from a company paid to promote it. This in my book is a telltale sign of a company to stay away from. Good companies don't bother hiring electronic promotion firms.
If Buckey is correct that Mario Pino was involved with this company in any way, that would be my strike two. Every company I've seen him involved with ends up in the sewer with questionable trading and people crying naked short.
And strike three for me would be when I start seeing particular posters who are adamantly against discussing reasonably the chance the company could be questionable. Good investors are always open to look at both sides of a play when their money is involved. Posters who immediately cry "basher" are usually those who are planted on a board to promote the stock.
Like I said, I don't own any of this stock, but this is the place I look when I begin receiving faxes. All JMO, of course.

Well, Buckley, you missed PXHB and ISAC, and NWAU - all pinks and OTCbb's that have done well and you missed AOBO.ob (they went to AMEX). So, I disagree. But, hey, most OTC stocks are trades, I agree. However, please do not say that they are all.
OH bTW I forgot the bigessest of them all TRLG.ob that went to NAZ this year. So, there are many otc stocks that make it to a better bigger exchange, it happens all the ime. The 90% figure is off. It is probably closer to 75-80% that do not make it.
