Nexteligent Adds Controller to
Support Growth Initiatives

is pleased to announce the addition of Brian Wilcox as Corporate
Controller. Brian is responsible for financial reporting and
analysis and will report directly to the CEO, Paul
Cristiano.

According to Cristiano, Nexteligent has completed its due
diligence process in concert with Corporate Finance
Associates Worldwide (CFAW) and is finalizing a
definitive agreement to acquire a professional services agency.
This acquisition will extend the Company's financial management
solution and complements Nexteligent's existing revenue cycle
management operations which currently provides medical coding,
billing, and training services to medical
providers.
Nexteligent is also at the final stage of due diligence for
two additional acquisitions and plans to expand its portfolio of
companies in 2022.
