The company has joint venture with Advanced Biotechnologies, Inc.; PowerSHIFT Energy Company, Inc.; and Palmbio Venture Pte Lte for manufacturing, processing, storing, marketing, distributing, and selling biodiesel, biodiesel mixtures, and biodiesel byproducts. NewGen Technologies also has a joint venture with Actanol Service, Ltd. to provide energy and biofuel plant solutions; and a strategic agreement with Granite Group Chicago LLC for the rights to develop a gas station/convenience-store prototype.
