On July 13, 2013 the shares that were due to Viratech, Corp,
were embezzled via a Twinning concept of creating
3 separate companies consisting of:

#2. WellnessBuilder, and then ultimately to

#3 Wellness Builder Corp.

In an acquisition agreement from Interactive Health Network
to Viratech in 2013, 2014 the paper shuffle of #2, #3 and #3 is exhibited.

This usurpation was all the detriment of the minority shareholders of Viratech Corp.

who used the proceeds to fund a massive ongoing pump and dump, which has been

The drop in NHEL PPS the last few days is irrational. Whoever was doing the promotional campaign was doing a poor job. The stock stayed around $1 during the entire promo. No movement. Now that the company says it had no knowledge of the promo, (seldom do), NHEL has dropped 60-70% ? That is well below the PPS before the promos started. Only thing I can figure is that once the promo company was caught, they sold stock. If that is the case, this is great price.

Has anyone here heard about a service called “Traders Group Online”? I got a call from them today regarding NHEL and I am wondering whether or not it is truly a pump and dump. They have also called me in the past regarding other OTC stocks. I can’t even remember the name of the person I talked to today but in the past I had received calls from a “Chris Soto” (they have been calling me every month or so for the past 7 months). They told me they received my contact info from my brokerage firm because I had requested their services (not true) about a different small cap stock I had invested in in the past. I called my broker today and they said they have never heard of Traders Group Online and that they don’t give out personal information. What’s weird is how they knew about this other small cap that I had invested in several months back.

Anyway the person I spoke to today was very pushy and told me I should buy this stock because their “analysts” are forecasting 100% growth within the next 6 to 8 weeks. When I told him I hadn’t invested in any of the OTC’s that they had told me about before, he seemed to become angry and pressured me into taking a position with NHEL before he hung up. The number he called from was 838-300-0748, a N.Y. number. When I tried calling back a little later, it went straight to a voicemail.

Can you please share with us the number that you were called from?

If anyone has legally recorded a call with the boiler room people promoting this stock, I would be very interested in that and may be willing to pay. Do be aware that to legally record a phone call you need to live in a one-party consent state or obtain assent from the caller to record the call.

Even just posting the number that the promoters called from would be useful.

To anyone trading this -- be careful -- boiler room pumps usually dump the hardest of any kind of pump and there is little real liquidity in this stock. I assume that the promoters are supporting the bid -- when they can no longer sell more on the ask than they have to buy to support the stock they will stop supporting it and soon enough it will be down 80% or more. This has already been promoted for over a month so it is late in the pump. Also, this thing has a market cap over $200 million!

I suspect NHEL is being set up for a push of some kind, and it will be interesting to see if it is anything material or just a pump and dump.
