New World Brands, Inc. Appoints Chief Executive Officer

New World Brands, Inc. (”COMPANY”) (OTCBB:NWBD) (www.nwbtechnologies.com) is pleased to announce the appointment of R. Steven Bell as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective January 11, 2010, as set forth more fully in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Company on January 15, 2010. He will retain his positions as President and member of the Board of Directors. Over the last 30 years, Mr. Bell has held various executive-level management positions in the telecommunications industry, including that of Senior Vice President for Bell South Communications, Inc., and President/CEO of start-up Altus Technologies, Inc., a store and forward information company. Mr. Bell sold Altus in 1991 to Intellicall, Inc., a NYSE company specializing in smartphone technology, and Mr. Bell held the position of Senior Vice President thereafter.

M. David Kamrat will remain the Chairman of the Board of Directors of New World Brands, Inc. and assume the position of Director of Business Development. These changes are consistent with the terms of the Aeropointe acquisition agreement that the Company entered into and announced in October of 2009.

The Company believes that these changes will better enable senior staff in execution of the Company’s core growth areas resulting in enhanced business performance throughout 2010.
