Until here. ..... Long time no talk.

I think the stock can be traded until it is de-listed. ..... Or, it may have been de-listed, but the execution of the delisting is lagging.

In my experience, delisting is immediate.



MORE IMPORTANTLY, this "company" ( and I use that term profanely here ) has a large-ish fine hanging over it, WHICH CAN NEVER BE PAID. ..... The officers being bankrupt felons in the case of NTUR. ..... All of them are felons. ..... Maybe even that do-nothing PAUL PELOSI, wayward son of Nancy Pelosi.

He has certainly DONE NOTHING FOR NTUR in the last five years. ..... NOT ONE THING. ( Talk is cheap for Pelosi, that is for sure )



MY POINT BEING THAT this can never be a candidate for an R/M deal, because the "shell" company, even with no assets, needs TO BE COMPLETELY CLEAN BEFORE THE R/M can occur.

I have a half-million shares, in each of two accounts.......Million shares total..... Both are showing this right now :

NTUR .... NATURAL BLUE RESOURCES.... 500,000 .... $0.03.... +0.03 ....$15,000.00....+15,000.00

I get that someone wanted to sell their stinkin' rotten filthy four-hundred NTUR shares. .....Who wanted that detritus badly enough to pay $12.00 plus commission ?

I will put up some for sale. Don't know what price to ask. This could become a shell --- an R/M candidate. That is something Cohen, Anaya and Pelosi would do. Good for them if they can !

I was just doing a quick post-close, EOD review of my account.

The symbol for NTUR -- which was blessedly gone -- is cursedly back .

Any idea why ? I have a dozen balls in the air, and I don't have time to track worthless pieces of crap.

I kind of figured my 1,000,000 shares of NTUR would be a good shell someday.

Maybe is can be still ! Maybe NTUR is not a worthless pieces of crap. I've been wrong many times before !

Things broke upon when the audio recording of the board meeting, mentioned in the SEC's complaint, found its way into the right hands. Until the case is completely over, that is all I can say.

Well then -- this is not solely about missed filings. A LOT TO READ.

I printed the two documents to read -- and highlight -- later on, after supper.

I briefly scanned it, and it was meaty and entertaining -- well entertaining to people who found SAW and HOSTEL entertaining, I suppose !

It's good to see these guys "caught" -- whatever that might mean.

I wonder who or what kicked off the investigation ? Not just late filings, but likely a distraught investor like me.

Were I to have enough influence to kick off an SEC investigation.

I was a Datameg holder, long long time past.

This "thing" was created via an R/M with lots of BIG and EMPTY and Meaningless Promises and completely false dreams.

BIG NAMES like Anaya and Pelosi -- ULTIMATELY -- meant as little as their puffed up resumes.

MY LOSS OCCURRED WHED D'meg disappeared.

This just makes it official and as final as can be !

The suspension is for 10 trading days. The delinquent registrant will have a very short time to audit 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and file the periodic reports for the interim periods, including 2014.

I doubt they have the resources to do so. Therefore, subsequently, the registrant will cease to exist as the Commission will revoke its registration pursuant to Section 12(j).

Then you will type in NTUR for a quote and find:

"SYMBOL NOT FOUND:"

It will subsequently gone forever.

How did you end up here, at Natural Blue Resources ? ?

I go way way back with this, probably to 2004 -- Datameg -- with the D'meg president before Jim Murphy. I forget the previous president's name at this time.

Jim Murphy engineered the R/M -- 100 to 1, that created NTUR, and diluted all Datameg people out of existence. My 4 million shares became 40,000, and I lost a ton of money.

So Anaya and Pelosi have 40% of NTUR now, and will likely try to revive it. Too much potential to let it lie fallow.

FWIW Dept. : I have been slowly accumulating NTUR over the last two years.

My goal is 1 million shares, I have 900,000 at this moment. I will get the last 100,000 cheap, whenever it happens.

So what are you doing here at NTUR, if you'd care to say ? Just say MYOB if you think my question is out of line. No big deal.

Swinfield- I do plan on giving this some time as I view this filing as a positive development. I find it quite positive that Atlantic is still involved and is taking over Natural Blue's management positions (and rightfully so).

I have been watching you guys post on here for the past month or so. From one share holder to another, I would say be patient. I have been thinking about this for a while now. The current people involved have a lot of cleaning up to do, seeing what has happened over the past year. I myself is waiting a few more months to see what really happens. For now I trade a little here and a little there!
