The Board of Directors of MIHL had voted to retain as new auditors the Accounting Firm of:

Mr. Rogers has a member of the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board), as well as an auditor of several firms on listed on the OTC Markets with extensive experience of providing accounting services to firms with international assets and business scope.

As part of the retained Mr. Rogers will be preparing the financial statements of MIHL for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012.

According to Yossi Harel, Board Member, “We expect to issue the final reports as soon as possible during the first quarter and were assured by Mr. Rogers in our discussions, that he will devote whatever resources necessary to expedite this matter”.

Ms. Saltsova CEO of MIHL went on to add “It is the goal of MIHL to provide as much transparency as possible to our shareholders and investor community at large, retaining an experienced auditor such as Patrick Rogers will go a long way to accomplishing this goal”.
