2 more lounges set to open next month. More franchisee deals on the way. Vegas flagship location is still being worked on. This will be owned by $medh. 
Distribution hub also being worked on. Not sure if people realize the grand potential here. 
Only short term debt is $175,000 and is to an employee that paid back taxes early last year. Was told this will be paid in cash and extended.

K Cups is a stretch, but would be cool. That Vegas store would be a true game changer, can't see that happening without some venture capitalist throwing some dough towards it...

Gonna beat the same drum, mention it again. Until Hans drops his $4,000,000 off the books, not happening. Restructuring his hefty "what's in it for me" payment is essential for the company, and it's shareholders going forward.

Gotta like his goals, his drive, the vision. Without the ability to raise some capital our little diamond in the rough will remain a solid mom and pop shop. Which is nothing to sneeze at, an accomplishment for sure

In no way am I suggesting Hans shouldn't reap some reward for his efforts. He can take his when the company is in a position to do it. Right now, removing $4,000,000 in liability from the books will benefit the company, and yes us the shareholders tremendously.

He is getting paid. He can take yearly bonuses as the company grows. I am self employed, take a modest salary and yearly bonus that's relative to what company made for the year. Him leaving that on the books is actually stifling any real investor from throwing true expansion dollars into the company.

Anyway, not trying to be a downer, just frustrated that he can't seem to grasp the fact of the matter on this issue. Stifling us, for his own personal gain rubs me wrong man. Respect his drive, his willingness to strive forward. But can't respect him for disrespecting us when the solution is so simple...
