I found the connection to BI*T but have not found anything about another bio company. Yes, he seems to be knowledgeable in a number of areas so this is good.

Apparently the guy has been doing IR for a decade and also has another company over $10M market cap, is also a small caps trader. Found him on twitter/linkedin

Hi, I just noticed this stock in my portfolio that im a beneficiary of 😢
Ive looked up and down to see where this stock came from and little by little discovered more and more. Like for example I learned this was formerly GRN, (which thankfully I remember seeing before in my portfolio, so I was able to put two together and realize GRN merged with "marijuana".
However theres not much else I can find.
The one article I seen online by "seekingalpha" saying a merge was coming was from way back in January 17,2023. Did it merge back then? If so why just now the ticker change?!
And when companys merge I thought the stocks one owned were liquidated into cash?
Yet I now have "Maji" stocks that were my GRN stocks.
Also, was there a split?
Because my family bought the GRN stock apparently when it was $16.20, (but bc im the beneficary I cant see when it was pirchased, maybe if I call my broker theyll be able to tell me)
Thoughts on where this companys going?

Do you remember the website overgrow dt com, that's where I learned to grow weed. It was historic. I wonder if this stock can do something like that.
