LiveWorld Resumes Auditing of its Financial Statements

LiveWorld, Inc. (OTC Markets:LVWD), today announced it has formally resumed auditing of its financial statements. Marcum LLP, the Company’s auditor of record, has commenced work to review and audit its 2012 and 2013 financial statements.

"We feel by providing audited statements LiveWorld will be in a better position to explore opportunities that will help with our growth and expansion," said David Houston, Chief Financial Officer of LiveWorld. "We have maintained accurate and professional accounting records, and by taking this step we are delivering increased transparency the investment community wants from LiveWorld."

Once the audit is completed the Company will make its financial statements public.
