You just nailed it. These folks buying cryptocurrency, are they aware that there is zero basis in reality? LVVV is about the biggest risk I have taken but it had a basis, a product, a ranch. No sane economist backs crypto except to make a killing off of the sheep

First off I have no idea how bitcoin joined the discussion. However anyone investing in something imaginary is not fiscally responsible. I often wonder who could be so unwise as to invest in something that has no basis in reality. No product, no source, no basis, no backing.
Somewhat like LVVV. So I am not sure how any responsible country would put money in Bitcoin or similar.
I do pay attention to investments as I retired relatively young over 10 years ago and live strictly off of them. My first investment strategy was if I cannot see, feel or touch a product I do not invest in it. It has served me well for the most part as most of my wealth came from playing the market. So you will never catch me buying an imaginary product where a guy sitting on his bed in Japan decides the value of it on any given morning.

I am interested in more than a put down. I would enjoy your expertise in espousing why my position is wrong. Anyone can say someone is wrong and that opinion is about as valuable as one share of LVVV. You should enlighten us on how my opinion and the opinion of every respected economist is errant. After all you are a highly respected and knowledgeable investor who still believes in LVVV. So, please, enlighten us all on the error of my opinion.

I feel bad for everyone who sold down here for a loss, especially if you were in the stock for a long time. I think the bottom is in and we start to move up soon. Trump will be good for cannabis and most small players are toast by now. LVVV is still alive and well. Price will start moving back up imo. LVVV

Been hearing this stuff for a few years. What we all failed to realize is LVVV was not built to make money or grow for the investors. It was a place for Billy to raise the funds and embezzle every last dime.

I have held the belief that his "in your face" treatment of investors will eventually piss off someone who does not take kindly to such an obvious arrogant attitude. He does not show any signs of concern for investors.

There is no secret about what he is doing with the cash. He is "loaning" it to his non-public companies. As of the last filing there is $6.8 million "due from related parties" and "loans to related parties". If that cash had stayed in the company what would the share price look like?

There are many smart traders that have made it big by putting money in penny stocks and withdrawing in silence. Those that come on here and talk about how they’ll be dumping all day are all talk.

I'm not too sure that there is any money to hide. All this BS about harvests and new products makes me think that is all an attempt to take focus off the fact that Billy runs a property development company, not a true pot operation.  Over all the years, investors were never given clarity relative to specific cash flows. Instead, we have been treated to a slight-of-hand presentation similar to the street con artists. Think of it, how many harvests have occurred? There has never been an uptick in shareprice - quite the opposite. There must be a behind the scenes silent player pulling the strings  (and any operating revenues hidden). The only thing that makes sense to me is the skunk is not in charge. There is no way that acres of weed yielding multiple harvests results in money being divided up through legitimate accounting channels. Something schtinks... in addition to the skunk. I can't imagine Mortimer smelling that bad.

He's still working on the quarterly report and trying to find new ways to hide the money.

Even with a five day extension Billy missed his extended filing date of 11-20-24 for the quarterly report.

Bill has demonstrated his ability to bullshit investors with one "great idea / opportunity" after another. All while maintaining secrecy about the financial manipulation. I'm embarrassed to admit I was hopeful for years. Lesson learned,  never trust a skunk.
