Update on l-r-dg. Bigfoot sent an email to me that he's still waiting for communication from biscardi or his lawyer. Bigfoot mentioned he and family were invited to Paris for the Olympics and will be on an extended vacation there looking at a possible new forest habitat. Apparently a rich relative left him a substantial heritage.

l-r-dg is extremely delinquent on their letters to otcm and fees as well.

l-r-dg is waiting for the SEC to get around to the letter L to be delisted and put out of it's misery once and for all.

On another note, Sasquatch News4 updated me on my recent inquiry of the whereabouts of biscardi and his girlfriend. They report that no new information has returned to them and they have an active account with l-r-dg and will use it as a life interest story when they have enough to go on.

It was nice to learn they are keeping an active interest in Bigfoot/lord global. Bigfoot himself just texted me last week that he will be out of cell range for the next month (may) as he's visiting relatives out north west somewhere near Banff and Lake Louise. I wished him well and to stay safe.

The judge gave another extension for discovery to August 2024, 20. Judge stated that this is the last beneficial motion from the court.
After this date, the judge said he will order the sheriffs into service with a warrant. No comment to News4 from Bigfoot.

Update from an personal interview last week with Bigfoot, Bigfoot commented that biscardi and his girlfriend have not been located by sheriffs or the court so the judge gave an extended date for discovery to February 15th 2024. Bigfoot stated he can not say any more about the case and that his lawyers may pursue warrants.

Somehow LR-d-g hasn't been delisted and there is no update yet from Mr. Bigfoot on whether the biscardi criminals have contacted the courts.

BREAKING! Yesterday, Tuesday August 8th after 8PM, Sasquatch News of Colorado has revealed that Bigfoot has filed in Federal court a Harassment and Stalking lawsuit against biscardi and his girlfriend. Bigfoot has asked for a grand jury and subpoenas for biscardi and girlfriend. The defendants have until October 10th to turn themselves into the courts. The name change to lord global is a ruse by biscardi to issue more stock to himself and girlfriends.

Bigfoot told Sasquatch News that he will take it all the way to supreme court if he has to. Citing irreplaceable harm and emotional stress for the last 15 years of biscardi spewing derogatory lies and conspiracy stories and relentlessly chasing himself and family, he wants prison time for the both of them. Bigfoot also mentioned that there's another charge in the lawsuit of breach of contracts when the promised Bigfoot museum did not materialize after Bigfoot invested in his promises. Bigfoot says he's going after the fake rubber Bigfoot suit as well and all the profits thereof.
