I have been adding to my LNBY position. According to the changes that occurred recently on the OTC Markets profile, Shilong Guo now appears to be a consultant on this company. So it looks like Xianke Capital (Cylinco Group) is now assisting/handling LNBY. High risk because of the filing delinquency, but I think it is worth taking a chance here.

Perhaps worth noting: In March and June of this year, Shilong Guo registered two companies related to Cylinco in the state of New York. Around the same time that Guo appeared on LNBY's OTC Markets profile, an interesting article about Cylinco Group appeared in Chinese media.......

Yeah, odd one, have not had time to do a lot of research yet, however, seems like one that could potentially be used in a merger or acquisition. I know Henry Pang assists Chinese companies with going public in the US, this would seem to be a very good vehicle for that, especially now that it's finally trading after 5 years since the S1.

On July 24, 2019, Larison Inc, the principal stockholder and 100% controlled by the prior President of the Company (“Seller”), entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Northern Ifurniture Inc (the “Buyer”). Pursuant to the Agreement, Seller agreed to sell to the Buyer and the Buyer agreed to purchase from Seller a total of 9,222,350 shares of Class A common stock of the Company Purchased Shares, which represented approximately 96% of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of Class A common stock. As a result, the transaction led to a change of the control and the management team of the Company.

Prior to the change of the management team, the Company was engaging in holding or trading securities in the US market, as well as to trade and hold whisky in the UK market. The Company has changed its focus to operate furniture retail business and furniture design business in the New York area.

The Company also continues to look for other opportunities which could potentially increase the profits of the Company in the near future.

Picked up some of this, looks like a small Chinese owned furniture company in NY, on Google Street View, it's called Northern EFurniture, though may possibly be a RM vehicle as well, not sure.
