Lahontan to Drill Historic Santa Fe Heap Leach Pads for Residual Gold and Silver
Toronto Ontario, April 20, 2026 – Lahontan Gold Corp. (TSXV:LG, OTCQB:LGCXF, FSE:Y2F) (the "Company" or "Lahontan") is pleased to announce that the Company will soon commence drill testing the historic heap leach (“HL”) pads at the Company’s Santa Fe Gold Mine Project, located in Nevada’s prolific Walker Lane. Full permits to drill the HL pads are expected shortly, when received, Lahontan will mobilize a Boart Longyear LS 450 sonic core drill rig and support crew to the Santa Fe Mine.
From 1988 through 1994, the Santa Fe Mine produced approximately 359,000 ounces of gold and 700,000 ounces of silver from 16.0 million tonnes of mineralized material*. Factoring in estimated gold and silver recovery, the historic HL pads may contain a significant gold and silver resource. The potential of reprocess the historic HL material at very low cost, already crushed and requiring no stripping, may augment the robust mine economics already demonstrated for the Santa Fe Mine Project*.
Lahontan plans to drill 95 sonic core holes totalling 1,740 metres across the four historic HL pads. Core drill hole spacing will be approximately 30 metres, sufficient to generate an Inferred mineral resource if core drilling confirms historic production data. HL pads, created by crushing and stacking relatively uniform grade material, tend to show less variability in gold and silver grade distribution than naturally occurring materials.

Lahontan Drills High Grade Oxide Gold From The Surface At West Santa Fe: 37m Grading 3.11 G/T Au Eq Including 11m Grading 5.75 G/T Au Eq
Toronto Ontario, February 24, 2026 – Lahontan Gold Corp. (TSXV:LG, OTCQB:LGCXF, FSE:Y2F) (the "Company" or "Lahontan") is pleased to announce the final analytical results from our 2025 maiden drilling program at the Company’s satellite West Santa Fe project, located only 13 km from Lahontan’s flagship asset, the Santa Fe Mine project, in Nevada’s prolific Walker Lane. The assay results are from the final reverse-circulation rotary (“RC”) drill are summarized below:
WSF25-04R: 36.6 metres (0.0 – 36.6m) grading 3.11 g/t Au Eq including 10.7 metres (1.5 – 12.2m) grading 5.75 g/t Au Eq from the surface, all oxide. The drill hole emphasizes the high gold and silver grades associated with the South Zone at West Santa Fe.
Also included in the intercept is a second high grade zone: 12.2m (22.9 – 35.1m) grading 3.67 g/t Au Eq.
Individual intercepts range up to 12.04 g/t Au Eq (1.52m, 27.43 – 28.96m, 4.48 g/t Au, 648 g/t Ag).
The grade and geometry of these intercepts correlate well with adjacent historic drill holes, further validating the historic drill hole database (please see cross section below).
Notes: Au Eq equals Au (g/t) + ((Ag g/t/60)*0.70). Silver grade for calculating Au Eq is adjusted to consider estimated metallurgical recovery reported by Kappes Cassiday (1982). True thickness of the intercepts is estimated to be 75-90% of the drilled interval. Numbers may not total precisely due to rounding.
Historic drilling, coupled with the 2025 Lahontan RC drilling, defines a gold and silver mineralized zone with a surface expression of 500 by 350 metres with a true thickness from 35 to over 60 metres. With oxide mineralization starting at the surface, there is good potential to exploit this system utilizing low-cost open pit mining and heap-leach processing.

The geologic team is also fine-tuning a follow-up RC drilling campaign to commence in Spring. Previous field work, including geologic mapping, rock-chip sampling, and airborne magnetic surveys, confirms that the hydrothermal system at West Santa Fe extends at least 1,000 metres east of the main zone of gold and silver mineralization defined by Lahontan and historic drilling (please Lahontan Gold press release dated June 18, 2024). This possible extension of the main mineralized zone, plus untested down-dip extensions of gold and silver mineralization, will be the key targets of the Spring drilling campaign. West Santa Fe continues to be an exciting new exploration target for the Company, one with excellent potential to add important shallow, oxide gold and silver resource ounces to Lahontan’s mineral resource ledger.”

Gold and silver mineralization at West Santa Fe is hosted by Triassic age limestone of the Pamlico Formation. The balance of this rock unit is siliceous volcanic and volcaniclastic rock, a strong chemical contrast to the highly reactive carbonate rock, thus mineralization is strongly controlled by stratigraphy. On a detailed scale, higher gold and silver grades are associated with abundant goethite, hematite, and silver halides such as cerargyrite and embolite. While silicification and quartz veining are important hydrothermal alteration features, abundant calcite veining usually accompanies the mineralized intervals.

QA/QC Protocols
Lahontan conducts an industry standard QA/QC program for its core and RC drilling programs. The QA/QC program consisted of the insertion of coarse blanks and Certified Reference Materials (CRM) into the sample stream at random intervals. The targeted rate of insertion was one QA/QC sample for every 16 to 20 samples. Coarse blanks were inserted at a rate of one coarse blank for every 65 samples or approximately 1.5% of the total samples. CRM’s were inserted at a rate of one CRM for every 20 samples or approximately 5% of the total samples.
The standards utilized include three gold CRM’s and one blank CRM that were purchased from MEG, LLC of Lamoille, Nevada (formerly Shea Clark Smith Laboratories of Reno, Nevada). Expected gold values are 0.188 g/t, 1.107 g/t, 10.188 g/t, and -0.005 g/t, respectively. CRM’s with similar grades are inserted as the initial CRM’s run out. The coarse blank material comprised of commercially available landscape gravel with an expected gold value of -0.005 g/t.
As part of the RC drilling QA/QC process, duplicate samples were collected of every 20th sample interval at the drill rig to evaluate sampling methodology. Samples were collected from the reject splitter on the drill rig cyclone splitter. Samples were collected at each 95- to 100-foot (28.96 - 30.48m) mark and labeled with a “D” suffix on the sample bag. No duplicates were submitted for core.
All drill samples were sent to American Assay Laboratories (AAL) in Sparks, Nevada, USA for analyses. Delivery to the lab was either by a Lahontan Gold employee or by an AAL driver. Analyses for all RC and core samples consisted of Au analysis using 30-gram fire assay with ICP finish, along with a 36-element geochemistry analysis performed on each sample utilizing two acid digestion ICP-AES method. Tellurium or 50-element analyses were performed on select drill holes utilizing ICP-MS method. Cyanide leach analyses, using a tumble time of 2 hours and analyzed with ICP-AES method, were performed on select drill holes for Au and Ag recovery. AAL inserts their own blanks, standards and conducts duplicate analyses to ensure proper sample preparation and equipment calibration. We have all results reported in grams per tonne (g/t).

LAHONTAN DRILLS MORE SHALLOW OXIDE GOLD AT SLAB: 69m GRADING 0.45 g/t Au Eq INCLUDING 17m GRADING 0.81 g/t Au Eq
Toronto Ontario, January 27, 2026 – Lahontan Gold Corp. (TSXV:LG, OTCQB:LGCXF, FSE:Y2F) (the "Company" or "Lahontan") is pleased to announce new assay results from our 2025 Phase Two drilling program at the Company’s flagship Santa Fe Mine Project located in Nevada’s prolific Walker Lane. Lahontan has received analytical results for two additional reverse-circulation rotary (“RC”) drill holes in the south Slab pit area totaling 396 metres (please see table below). Significant results include:
CAL25-011R: 68.6 metres (45.7 – 114.3m) grading 0.45 g/t Au Eq including 16.8 metres (65.5 – 82.3m) grading 0.81 g/t Au Eq: A shallow, thick, intercept of oxide gold mineralization below the current mineral resource pit shell*, expanding the footprint of oxide gold mineralization, especially when coupled with the results from CAL25-012R (please see plan map of drilling and cross section below).
When the entire drill hole is composited without regard to cutoff grade, it averages 0.23 g/t Au Eq over 213.4 metres (0.21 g/t Au, 1.4 g/t Ag).
CAL25-012R: 41.2 metres (32.0 – 73.2m) grading 0.32 g/t Au Eq correlating with the structurally controlled gold mineralization seen in hole CAL25-011R (above) and extending shallow oxide gold mineralization to the southwest and below of the Mineral Resource Estimate (“MRE”) pit shell*.

Lahontan will integrate these new drill holes into an updated MRE for Slab as well as the entire Santa Fe project. The MRE is expected to be completed in the coming months. With a new MRE, combined with updated metallurgy and escalating metal prices, the Company will also complete an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA”) as well. More 2025 drill results will be forthcoming as the analytical lab catches up on a busy 2025 exploration season.”
CAL25-011R and -012R are particularly important as they establish large volumes of gold and silver mineralization below and adjacent to the conceptual pit shell used in the current MRE. When modeled using updated metal prices and this additional drilling, these drill holes have the potential to significantly expand the Slab area MRE and contribute to a positive update to the current PEA. Of equal importance, these new pit shells will be used in our Nevada State and Federal mine permit applications, to be submitted later this year.

These two RC drill holes also confirm the strong structural control of gold mineralization in this portion of the Slab deposit and emphasize the importance of the east-west striking Calvada fault as a major control of gold mineralization on a district scale. The extensive gold mineralization seen in CAL25-011R demonstrates the strength of the hydrothermal system with large volumes of disseminated gold mineralization adjacent to the controlling fault structures. With the Company’s recently approved Exploration Plan of Operations (“EPOO”), Lahontan can now explore the Calvada Fault between the Slab deposit and the main Santa Fe deposit, an area that has seen virtually no exploration drilling over the last 35 years.
In the plan view map of the south Slab pit area below, the key intercepts in drill holes CAL25-011R and -012R can be seen to extend into areas west of the current MRE conceptual pit shell. Previously reported RC drill hole CAL25-010R, a vertical hole, also intercepted significant gold mineralization (please see Lahontan Gold press release dated January 13, 2026). Similar to the cross section above, the plan map highlights the potential to increase gold and silver resources in the Slab pit area of the Santa Fe Mine project.

Tellurium or 50-element analyses were performed on select drill holes utilizing ICP-MS method. Cyanide leach analyses, using a tumble time of 2 hours and analyzed with ICP-AES method, were performed on select drill holes for Au and Ag recovery. AAL inserts their own blanks, standards and conducts duplicate analyses to ensure proper sample preparation and equipment calibration. We have all results reported in grams per tonne (g/t).

LAHONTAN COMMENCES DRILLING AT WEST SANTA FE
Toronto Ontario, December 16, 2025 – Lahontan Gold Corp. (TSXV:LG, OTCQB:LGCXF) (the "Company" or "Lahontan") is pleased to announce that it has commenced drilling at its West Santa Fe project, located only 13 km from the Company’s Flagship Santa Fe Mine project in Nevada’s prolific Walker Lane. A Foremost MPD-1500 track-mounted reverse-circulation drill rig and support equipment has begun Lahontan’s maiden drill campaign at West Santa Fe. The initial focus of the West Santa Fe drilling program will be “twining” multiple historic drill holes from the 1980’s and in order to validate the historic drill hole database. Prior operators completed 171 drill holes totaling 13,107 metres at West Santa Fe between 1980 and 1995. Confirming the validity of this robust database may enable the Company to use this drill hole data in any future Mineral Resource Estimate (“MRE”) for the project.
Lahontan is also pleased to announce that it has completed its 2025 Phase Two drilling program at the Santa Fe Mine project. During 2025, the Company completed a total of twenty reverse-circulation drill holes in the Slab and York Resource areas. The objective of the drilling program was to expand gold and silver resources at depth below the south end of the Slab pit and to step-out and grow mineral resources in the York area. All Slab area drill holes, which were up to 194 metres deep, remained in oxidized and hydrothermally altered rock to their final depth.

Toronto Ontario, November 13, 2025 – Lahontan Gold Corp. (TSXV:LG; OTCQB:LGCXF; FSE: Y2F) (the “Company” or “Lahontan”) is pleased to announce that the Federal Bureau of Land Management (“BLM”) has published its Decision Record (“DR”), Finding of No Significant Impact (“FONSI”), and approval of the Company’s Exploration Plan of Operations (“EPOO”) for the Santa Fe Mine project, on the BLM’s website: https://eplanning.blm.gov/eplanning-ui/home. This decision concludes the National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”) Environmental Assessment (“EA”) process and authorizes Lahontan to move forward with its greatly expanded exploration drilling and mine development program at Santa Fe.
The recently approved Exploration Plan of Operations (“EPOO”) allows Lahontan to conduct exploration drilling across a 12.2 km² area of the Santa Fe Mine project, enabling the Company to test multiple new targets, well beyond the currently defined gold and silver resources (see map below)*. Previous Lahontan drilling programs focused on validating historical drill results, defining and expanding resources adjacent to the past-producing open pits, and collecting data to support detailed mine planning and scheduling.
With the EPOO in place, Lahontan can now initiate true exploration programs across the broader project area. The EPOO encompasses over 700 permitted drill holes targeting well-defined geologic and geochemical anomalies, as well as previously drilled areas that returned significant gold and silver intercepts that require follow-up drilling. Priority targets include the Pinnacles area, hosted in a similar geologic setting to Fortitude Gold’s nearby Isabella Pearl Mine, as well as important historic drilling at the Guzzler target south of the Santa Fe open pit, along with multiple untested zones between the known resource areas at Santa Fe (see map below).

This targeting concept was in part validated by Lahontan’s recent drilling campaign where reverse-circulation drill hole YOR25-001R cut 89.9 metres (45.7 – 135.6m) grading 0.23 g/t gold (please see Lahontan Gold News Release dated September 2, 2025).
The Company is currently planning additional drilling at the York target area for this Fall. With the addition of the York claims, the Company now owns or controls 415 unpatented lode mining claims, 67 unpatented millsite claims, and 24 patented lode mining claims encompassing over 2,832 ha or 28.3 km2 of mineral rights in one of the World’s premier gold belts: Nevada’s Walker Lane.

Terms of the Purchase include:
Lahontan has paid Emergent’s U.S. subsidiary, Golden Arrow Mining Corporation (“GAMC”), a sum of US$10,000.
Lahontan has issued GAMC a US$50,000 promissory note, with a 1% per month interest rate, and payable within six months of signing this announcement.
Lahontan has issued 2,000,000 common shares of Lahontan Gold Corp. to Emergent.
GAMC will facilitate the transfer of the York Claims to Lahontan or its designee, to be completed within 30 days of today’s date.
As part of the transfer, Lahontan has granted GAMC a 1% NSR royalty (the “Royalty”) on the York Claims. At any time before the third anniversary of the Agreement, Lahontan may purchase the Royalty for US$500,000. After the third and before the seventh anniversary of the Agreement, Lahontan may purchase the Royalty for US$1,000,000.

Toronto, Ontario, September 25, 2025 – Lahontan Gold Corp. (TSXV: LG; OTCQB: LGCXF; FSE: Y2F) (the “Company” or “Lahontan”) is pleased to announce that the company’s Exploration Plan of Operations (“POO”) has begun National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”) review by the Federal Bureau of Land Management (“BLM”).
The BLM has up to six months to complete the process, however Lahontan, its permitting consultants, and the BLM believe the process will be much more rapid, as the POO has been posted on the BLM National NEPA Registry and a draft Environmental Assessment has already been completed. The Company has also signed a Contributed Funds Agreement with the BLM whereby Lahontan will provide funding to the BLM in support of the NEPA process allowing the BLM to assign additional personnel to the review team and potentially further reduce the time required to complete the review.
