I exited my previous position in full at a 25% gain, leaving a good amount on the table but green nonetheless. Still on my tracker for a good re-entry point, as I feel valuation is higher than current. GLTY!

The news was bad, mall stores lost more than a year ago in 2nd qtr. Online sales are up but who cares, it's a few mill for all of it....good news is , insiders were buying today because they know something that we dont, or some really stupid people bought on that news......probably the latter, we will know in a few trading days.

Don’t undermine the management behind DTEA and CTU (Le Chateau) or LCUAF. This is NOT, by any meas, their first rodeo! This experience cannot be taught in school but the true winners are the ones that come out of it even stronger than their previous peak!! An innate quality. The retail trade has its ups and downs I don’t hold any DTEA but it might be of interest to some that their original CEO during the IPO joined the BOD of MJ (True Leaf Brands) one year ago as an independent director. Positioning? I bought a nice chunk of CTU (LCUAF)on the cheap recently for the specific reason of that management has been there and done that.
