I have a good sense of humor; I'm amused that you've dodged my question again.
I'm not trying to convince people this isn't a scam, but rather, I'm asking you to convince me that it is a scam based on the current condition of the company. So far, you haven't done that. If it is a scam, it should be real easy.
Insulting me also only amuses me, since it's a common strategy of people who are either hiding something, or don't actually have anything of substance to say when pressed to support their position. (See any definition of 'ad hominem attack.)
I do agree on one thing you said, which is that playing penny stocks should not be an investment strategy. "Playing" them should say all that needs to be said about those who wish to dabble in them.
Re the "con artist" thing - does the owner of this company ship empty bear bottles and cans, or load up their trucks with labeled by empty shipping crates? And when patrons visit his restaurant, do his servers not only NOT serve any food and beverages that are ordered, but instead they bill the patrons for what they ordered as they sit at their empty tables? Now that would be a real con.
I'd probably pay to see that pulled off just for its sheer audacity.

Re 12 share buys - question string to Google search:
Q: "what's is the meaning of a series of stock buys in lots of 12 shares"
A: Google AI's answer:
Buying stock in repetitive lots of 12 shares is most commonly the result of an automated Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) or a Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) strategy. It rarely indicates a massive Wall Street institution and is usually characteristic of a retail investor building a position over time. The specific repetition of 12 shares typically points to one of the following scenarios:
1. Dividend Reinvestment (DRIP)
If you are seeing 12 shares repeatedly added to an account on a monthly or quarterly basis, it is likely that the dividends earned from previously held shares are being automatically used to buy new shares.
Example: If you own a large block of a stock that pays out a regular dividend, and those payouts combined with your regular cash contributions equal exactly enough to purchase 12 shares at the current market price, the plan will execute this batch.
2. Fractional-to-Whole Share Conversion
Many brokerages allow investors to set a fixed dollar amount to invest every month (e.g., $500 per month) into a specific stock.
The Math: Because stock prices fluctuate daily, investing a flat dollar amount means you will rarely buy a perfectly round number of whole shares. Instead, the brokerage executes fractional trades.
The Result: When the fractions accumulate to equal 12 whole shares, or if the investor's recurring fixed investment happens to equate precisely to the cost of 12 shares, that batch is swept into the account.
3. "Dozen" or Time-Based Accumulation
Some investors rely on calendar-based investing (like buying a "batch of 12" every month to represent the 12 months of the year).
It is a psychological milestone for long-term investors aiming to steadily build a portfolio without making large, emotionally driven lump-sum purchases.
4. Odd-Lot Mechanics
Historically, stocks were traded in standardized batches of 100 shares, known as "round lots". Any order for fewer than 100 shares is technically classified as an "odd lot". Because modern electronic trading platforms offer commission-free trading, buying odd lots (like 12 shares) is highly common for individual investors who only have small amounts of capital to deploy at any given time.

The OTC Markets page for KEGS:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/KEGS/profile
says the company website is here:
www.1812ale.com
and that the company name and address is:
1812 Brewing Company Inc.
PO Box 6192
981 Waterman Drive
Watertown, NY 13601
[Pardon me for boring those who already know this; but a question or two follows.]
Their website says the production facility is here:
1812 Brewing Company
production facility only
981 Waterman Dr Watertown, NY 13601
and that they have (only) one restaurant:
1812 On The River
Restaurant
500 Newell Street Watertown, NY 13601
Did they used to have either more than one restaurant, or a restaurant in a different location? Or is there another operating one (I think so ...)?
This website (about their US DOT number):
https://safer.fmcsa.dot.gov/query.asp?searchtype=ANY&query_type=queryCarrierSnapshot&query_param=USDOT&query_string=3614037
says that 1812 BREWING COMPANY is actually their DBA name, and their real name is:
SACKETS HARBOR BREW PUB LLC
Did they used to operate in Sackets Harbor NY?
Moving along ... this website (of lots of beers):
https://www.brewersassociation.org/directories/breweries/
has the following listing (with a familiar address):
1812 Brewing Company
981 Waterman Drive
Watertown, NY 13601
Phone: (315) 788-1812
Type: Micro
https://goldmedalbeer.com/
but note that the website -- which seems to be running -- is different.
That website lists restaurants at:
1812 On The River
500 Newell Street Watertown
NY 13601
and
1812 On The Lake
212 W Main Street, Sackets Harbor
NY 13685
"Contact us" lists the following:
1812 On The River (Watertown)
Phone: 315-405-4239
1812 On The Lake (Sackets Harbor)
Phone: 315-646-2739

The phone # for the Sacket's Harbor site rings (no pick-up; maybe too early?), but Google Maps doesn't seem to list the place by name, or show (via photo) that it's occupied (image capture picture May 2025).
The reason I'm wondering about the Sacket's Harbor site is two-fold:
1) it isn't listed on the website pointed to by OTC Markets (www.1812ale.com), but
2) it is listed as the endpoint of a June 27, 2026 joint 5K run and walk, and 5M run on this website: https://visitsacketsharbor.com/events/tag/1812-brewing-co/
This website:
https://marathonguide.com/races/run/1812-challenge-weekend-2/2026/details/
says a (full?) marathon is taking place there on June 28.

I've seen other, small-time, operating (=real) companies have minor inconsistencies in their internet/website information.
But given the current dichotomy of views about this company ('100% SCAM' vs 'real and getting its act together'), does any neutral reader of this forum have info about the above to confirm or negate operating info?
--
Other supportive info about two restaurants is this OTC Markets page:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/KEGS/profile
which says the following:
Company Facilities
The Company operates a 13,000 square foot brewing and bottling plant that includes offices in Watertown, NY and is also 20 minutes from the Canadian border. This location will also have food and beverages for consumption on site. The Company also owns and operates restaurants and bars in Sackets Harbor, NY. and Watertown, NY. Its historic Sackets Harbor, NY location is situated directly on the shore of Lake Ontario, and the pub occupies the former New York Central Railroad Station building. It's Watertown, NY location is located on the banks of the Black River and occupies a former industrial three-story building. In both locations the dining rooms and outside decks boast expansive views of the water and sunsets. The restaurants offer fine dining and upscale pub fare that is paired with a rotating selection of over fifteen original craft beers brewed by 1812 Brewing Company.
This seems to confirm two operating locations, but OTC Markets info isn't always up to date. (See the "Float" of 2025)
I also note that this Sackets Harbor restaurant site isn't listed in their last OTC report, but that report does include the following list of subsidiaries and affiliated companies:
B. Subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
North Country Operating Corp. 1812 Acquisition Company, Inc.
Sackets Harbor Brew Pub, LLC SHBP Realty Holdings, LLC
Sackets Harbor Spirits and Wine, LLC Alteri Bread Company, Inc.
Bad Apple Brewing Company, Inc. Sackets Harbor Anchor, Inc.
