JPX Global, Inc. Announces Land Use Permit in Mexico

JPX Global, Inc. (OTC: JPEX) (the "Company"), announced today through its exclusive license with Tratamientos Ambientales Scorpion S.A. de C.V., ("TAS") a Mexican corporation, has received a Land Use Permit for the construction of a waste processing plant based on thermal oxidation for the purpose of processing hazardous and non-hazardous waste on plots No. 45 and 46 Ejido Plan Libertador, Km 35+000 Boulevard 2000 Ros-Tij, of this Municipality of Playas de Rosarito, B.C., Mexico.

Chief Executive Officer Jim Foran stated, “This Land Use Permit from the Municipality of Rosarito is an important benchmark and allows us to obtain our construction permits and other operating permits. The Company can now progress towards construction and eventual operations.”
