Jefferson Security Bank Announces Quarterly Dividend Payment

President and CEO of Jefferson Security Bank (OTCQB: JFWV), K. Stephen Morris, announced that at their October 15, 2014 meeting, the Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.30 per share, payable on November 14, 2014 to shareholders of record on October 31, 2014.
