Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 21, 2024, the Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a twenty-eight cent ($0.28) per common share fourth quarter cash dividend, payable December 18, 2024 to shareholders of record as of December 16, 2024.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Isabella Bank Corporation Announces Fourth Quarter 2024 Dividend
Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, November 21, 2024 - Isabella Bank Corporation (OTCQX:ISBA) today announced its Board of Directors declared a fourth-quarter cash dividend of $0.28 per common share at its regular meeting on November 20, 2024. The dividend will be payable December 18, 2024 to shareholders of record as of December 16, 2024. Based on ISBA’s closing stock price of $24.89 per share as of November 20, 2024, the annualized cash dividend yield is 4.50%.
“I am pleased to announce our $0.28 per share fourth quarter cash dividend. This dividend shows our continued commitment to building shareholder value," said Jerome E. Schwind, President and Chief Executive Officer. "Our ongoing financial strength allows us the ability to provide our shareholders with an attractive dividend."
