ImageXpres Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IMJX), today announced it has signed a Distributor/Supply Agreement with Dalton Corporation, a Taiwan-based manufacturer of digital hardware and software products, that are sold throughout the world, including private label for well-known brands. The signing of the distributor agreement paves the way for marketing and sales of ImageXpres systems solutions in Asia, with an initial focus on ImageXpres' Surg-i-Scan(TM) digital checklist system.

Under the terms of the agreement, Dalton will supply ImageXpres key digital hardware components, including all-in-one PCs, tablet PCs, and MIDs (Mobile Internet Devices), which will be integrated into ImageXpres digital solutions. Dalton's large network of electronics manufacturers, based in China and Taiwan, assures ImageXpres access to state-of-the-art digital devices, at industry-low cost points. The digital hardware products supply agreement encompasses ImageXpres' medical and digital kiosk/signage systems.

As a key supplier of digital hardware products, and components, to ImageXpres, Dalton has signed a contract to be ImageXpres' key distributor of ImageXpres solutions into mainland China, Japan, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

The ImageXpres Surg-i-Scan(TM) Safety Checklist digital system is now under development, and will be fully tested in hospital market trials before being generally available.
