IHTI Integrative Health Technologies Inc (CE)

This release updates Integrative Health Technologies� (Pink Sheets: IHTI) first quarter progress report issued on April 17, 2007 with activities for the quarter ending June 30, 2007. An expanded version of some of these activities is, or will be, posted in the �Press Room� of the Company�s website (www.ihtglobal.com). 1. Completed the fifth successive positive cash flow and profitable quarter. 2. Increased its assets from $9,223,117 at the end of the first quarter to an estimated $9,423,117 by the end of the second quarter of 2007. There was no change in the Company�s liabilities. 3. No additional shares were issued nor did the Company obtain any loans during this quarter. 4. After 12 months of progressive increases in sales, AlgaeCal International, a portfolio company in which IHTI holds an 8% ownership, had an almost 5-fold monthly increase in sales volume in the June 2007. 5. IHTI�s clinical trial of the AlgaeCal Bone-health Program reveals positive increases in bone-health, particularly among adolescents and post-menopausal women. IHTI announces the opening of its third research branch. The new branch is in Angelton, Texas, south of Houston and will be directed by Larry Parker, MD, a Fellow of the American college of Obstetrics and Gynecology. IHTI has completed installation of an FDA-approved bone-densitometer (DEXA unit) to provide bone density and body composition testing of Dr. Parker�s patients as well to participants in IHTI clinical trials and R & D studies. A description of the initial study to be conducted at the branch will be provided in a subsequent press release.
