On June 4th the Company amended the 10-K it filed for the year ending 2006 to include the results of an independent audit of its financial statements. On June 5th we filed a Form 8-K explaining why the report was not included in the filing, as well as the changing of our NASDAQ listing from the OTCBB to Pink Sheets. Since we have now completed the requisite quarterly and annual filings for an OTCBB listing, we are presently taking steps to be re-admitted to the OTCBB.
