No worries. Not sure if it is even them; complete speculation. I am hoping there is a reason why mgmt didn’t complete the R/S to purchase Prolog. Maybe, we didn’t have to? I like to think Chan took the company dark b/c it is easier to close a merger that way; less regulation. It doesn’t look great, but fingers crossed

Prolog has way bigger earnings. And prolog isn't US based I think and prolog never was officially bought by IGEN. So doubt it.
