Iconic Brands Inc., (NQB:ICNBD), today announced that The Marijuana Business Academy, America’s leading cannabis educational institute–educating, training, building and expanding America’s Ganjapreneurs with step-by-step ‘how to’ training platforms–had a record number of attendees, both investors and entrepreneurs, at the Academy seminars held this weekend, April 19-20, at the Colorado Springs International Cannabis Technology Expo. Iconic Brands Inc., as previously announced, has signed a binding Letter of Intent to acquire The Marijuana Business Academy. The acquisition is on schedule and expected to close in May 2014. Iconic Brands management which has a historic business in the development, marketing and distribution of alcoholic products sees the marijuana industry forming in the United States as similar to the repeal of Alcohol Prohibition in the 1930s, and expects to see a multi-billion dollar industry form from the legalization of medicinal and recreational marijuana use in the United States.
