IBSG International, Inc. (OTC BB: IBIN) a holding company for four technology and software subsidiaries, announced today that its BizWorld Pro� digital commerce platform has been selected by Seda Ethekwini for its small-, micro- and mid-size enterprise [SMME] development program. The license fee on this project is $2.8 million over 4 years. The total project over four years could reach $12 million. We anticipate rolling out our platform to SEDA�s 52 offices by the end of the summer 2008.
