Not really. it is just flat. Although their market cap is 10 times what HWNI is and they now have all the managed services assets so they must be doing something right. Although I will say, you NEED to sell any remaining HWNI shares you have to put the loss against your gains for the year. Although, the way you talk I would be surprised if you have gains in anything.

no, they expanded. They still have VigilAIgent. They own half of Tego which is handling the managed services accounts. I don't think there is anything that will make you happy until they PR what they are doing so you can no longer worry about what you think they are doing.

I was right. They control 51% of Tego with the class B shares:

Voting — The holders of shares of Series B preferred stock shall be voted together with the shares of common stock such that the aggregate voting power of the Series B preferred stock is equal to 51% of the total voting power of the Company.

They are majority holder of Tego.

Read that new 10k. HighWire is a shell.

Following these divestitures, the Company no longer maintains active operating subsidiaries or revenue-generating business units and is evaluating future strategic alternatives.

Look at the Market Cap of Tego when the deal took place. It was about half of what it is today. At $4 million, that was over 50% of the company's value. They own half for a reason. We just don't know why yet. It would be nice to know soon but I have a feeling they are going to finalize the Thoth company first.

As it says in the 8k, they can no longer do business with the HighWire/Overwatch name. Hence the VigilAIgent name change. Also, Mark is now working under the VigilAIgent name. IF he was no longer with HighWire, it would have stated the CEO departure. They did have Ed Vasko along with Curt Smith's departure mentioned in the 8k. They sold the Managed Services unit for shares. Well, Tego's revenues are about zero. So that would be the dumbest deal even for Mark. So, Tego is now responsible for the ARR and VigilAIgent has an over 50% ownership in exchange. This makes sense with the new AI that was launched between the 2 companies.

The 8k reads that all the assets are sold to Tego in exchange for stock in Tego. I dont see the majority position, as the assets were sold to subsidiaries of Tego and for Preferred B series shares, not common.

Also, first part of the 8k, the remaining public company structure will be a reverse merger for the Elevation Aerospace Inc. So the "HWNI" will become that company. Not sure where public shareholders will be invested post close, but doubt it'll be Tego.

I did. It sounds to me like HighWire owns a slight majority position in Tego and because of the agreement they can no longer do business as HighWire so they now to business under VigilAIgent.

There it is finally. Mark dropping the ball. The recent filing explains how they're swapping shares with another company. In my opinion they're doing that because they're trying to hide their failure of the current operations because they're going to be on the expert Market soon. That's what these companies do they swap shares with a different company so they can hide everything bad that they did for the previous one
