Hey Lamont, how are you, how've you been? I hope all is well. I deem you a very intelligent person. I'd like your opinion. I've been considering Platinum lately. Perhaps investing in some? Thought about it years ago at under $1K, but that opportunity long gone now, unfortunately! lol. I know it's not a monetary metal, and it's not used as much these days by car manufacturers (catalytic converters), especially with electric vehicles. But it's so rare, and used to be worth more than gold once. Anyway, going forward, do you think platinum will serve an important role again, and would be a great investment, exploding in price again one day? Thanks pal.

WOW!!! Gentlemen we blew through $5K Au. Imagine... this with ALLLLLL that tremendous suppression??!! Look at Ag, $111. This is exciting and sad at the same time. Exciting for those in the know. But very sad as well, because we all know where (the world) is heading...and fast. 99 percent are STILL asleep! I'm sorry to say, those asleep are basically in a permanent coma. It's way too late now. There's no getting out of this (financially) unharmed, sadly. On another note, speaking of asleep/coma...$5K Au and still nothing with Hellix!!!!! SMH.

In 2010 I acquired about 5,000 shares ($2,500 USD) on the recommendation of Bob Chapman. 2025 was a stellar year and with lessons learned from the past (HLLXF) my mid & large cap miner investments paid off rather than speculative plays ghosting. I was finally ready to surrender my HLLXF shares and take a loss to offset some new tax gains, but after reading here I will hold on and see what happens considering the company may still hold the land and/or mineral claim. My regrets to those of you who are looking at a paper loss that is many, many times greater than mine.
It is possible to surrender shares in a Schwab account via form 'Authorization Letter for the Abandonment of Securities Deemed Worthless'. I presume that Schwab then dispositions the shares however it is most beneficial to the brokerage, and the account that surrenders the shares can then claim a loss in the present year.

My previous statement about Canadian bankruptcies being dependent on the shareholders being notified is wrong. I took a closer look at Canadian law. In Canada a trustee is appointed to handle the process. in the US it's lawyers. However, the obligation to notify shareholders is very clearly defined in their laws. Bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings have to be reported to the OSB and by law those records are available to the public. -Lamont
If the company is a public company on a Canadian exchange : (Hellix is public and trades on the TSX)
• Under securities law (e.g., Ontario Securities Commission Continuous Disclosure Rules and National Instrument 51-102), a material change — including insolvency, BANKRUPTCY FILING, or restructuring filing — generally MUST be disclosed promptly to the market and SHAREHOLDERS by the company itself.
• Public Companies/Reporting Issuers: Must Comply with Securities disclosure rules requiring disclosure of material financial distress and BANKRUPTCY FILINGS TO SHAREHOLDERS and the market.
• Under The Bankruptcy And Insolvency Act (BIA) the trustee has a STATUTORY OBLIGATION to record or report the bankruptcy to the office of the Superintendent Of Bankruptcy (OSB)
• The OSB Is REQUIRED to keep a public record of bankruptcy filings and related documents for prescribed periods, and this is done by receipt of filings from trustees and official receivers.

Minerals Titles Online, no Hellix in Athabasca / Kootenay area BC
1) https://minfile.gov.bc.ca/searchbasic.aspx
Hellix https://minfile.gov.bc.ca/summary.aspx?minfilno=082FSW168
you will notice coordinates to use in step 2
2) select Mineral Map from here https://www.mtonline.gov.bc.ca/
a) zoom in on British Columbia, southeasr corner is Nelson, BC
b) in the tool bar in the upper right corner there are “stacks” (like 3 pieces of paper, or 3 books stacked on top one over another). Click and then “Layers” comes up, have “Mineral Titles”, “Mineral Grid” & “Title (Cuurent) only selected, those 3 then close this section (X)
c) tool box over to the Top Right there is the ‘“i” in the circle, select it
d) now on the map zoom in so that Nelson is fairly big on the map, 3km southwest of Nelson is the Athabasca BC area Hellix had.
e) find at the bottom of the map , there are coordinates, move in the map until you find 477333 and 5478425 (Easti g and Northing). — with the “i” in the circle selected, clicking on the map at the correct coordinates you should get “Cell Detail” pop-up window. But over to the right is “Identity”
3) under “Identity” select under “Title (Current) 233492 or 1072449
write these #s down
4) close “Identity” then enter 1 at a time the #s in the box for “Title Number”
from there, I got lost, this is the most convoluted difficult system possible for having a mining title and ownership website — I did it once successfully, but now I keep getting sent in circles with worthless info
AI is not helping

had to think about now versus 1 yr. and 1 .5 yrs.out
now, yes Hellix should be developed, Frank U. will not trust anyone for development funds after W. Brenner used Muscatine’s trading account with an Austrian bank to sell shares of Hellix. Activities was 2011 and Brenner was disciplined in 2014.
review question:
Why then did Hellix not recover once Brenner was outed? was someone thwarting Hellix by continued shorting because Frank U. supported Bob Chapman?
Now: Frank U. would only move forward with Hellix if someone with a lot of development money came forward and did one of those SPAC deals. Yes, gold at $4,000 is great, but no one is coming forward with a SPAC deal (special purpose acquisition deal).
Between now and 1.5 years out:
(I’m not a great analyst, so I take an estimate based on the economic & political fundamentals)
gold and silver could maintain present levels for a month and then go up (Goldseek TV guest Florian Grummes, 11-18 un “u”tube)
Maneco64 (“u”tube Nov.14 covered some Elliott Wave theory for gold, which not being based on fundamentals, I think this presentation coincides with the fundamentals). His wave forecaster friend has gold in a wave “within a larger” wave where there would be a rise in the short term, and then a crash (but not a collapse) and then a greater rise in gold.
I think post Nov. 26 election there could be a pause in the world, where things aren’t going the way the establishment (World Economic Forum, big investment firms…) would like things to go. With a thought crisis, then gold could shine at its brightest.
Would someone come forth with a SPAC deal then for Hellix? Could we put one forth then? Just some thoughts.
No news from Frank’s family, I look on occasion, and remember where their family’s religious affiliation is, and no news from there.
It is tough the predicament the Hellix situation, thanks guys for keeping the research going, yeah, there are certain rights that they cannot violate, yet there’s the forces with all of the hidden trades that hinder moving forward.

I received a quick response to my reply. Our only remedy according to them is to take legal action. Regards -Lamont
Mr. Monte,
Your original complaint to us stated the following:
“Sirs: In 2014 you punished Walter Brenner for securities violations in Citation: 2014 BCSECCOM 292. He was or still is president of Abington Resources which is the parent company of Hellix Ventures. Hellix Ventures was de-listed from trading in the US until they start complying with SEC rules again. However Hellix shares are still being traded under stock symbol HLLXF on the gray market. We as shareholders cannot sell our stock (which is utterly worthless) on the exchanges unless we do a difficult party to party transfer. I've watched the stock everyday for years and someone is still buying the stock. Tens of thousands of shares have been transacted since they've were de-listed yet we as shareholders are shut out for all intents and purposes. We lost a lot of money and have been met with complete silence for years. Frank Underhill, President of Hellix responded briefly one time 3 or 4 years ago and we haven't heard from him since. We have no idea what they did with our stock. We haven't been informed of any intent to sell Hellix Ventures nor have they announced a self imposed liquidation or bankruptcy. I still own 1.7 million shares of HLLXF stock and took a tremendous loss without any explanation of what happened or why ? They've gone underground and someone is still transacting the stock trying to stay under the radar. Can you please help in any way ? Regards – Bob”
You then emailed us on October 4, 2025, and stated the following:
“I stated “tens of thousands of shares” because I was only able to find data for the last few months. However, further investigation has revealed from 1/1/2021 to 8/29/2025 1,769,499 shares of Hellix were traded on 83 different days. How has such a large volume of shares been transacted while US shareholders are banned and remain completely ignored by Abington and Hellix ?”
As you are aware, Walter Brenner’s BCSC ban expired on July 17, 2016: Brenner, Rudolf Walter | BCSC. You did not make any specific allegations about him in your complaint.
You did allege, in part, that “Abington and Hellix have taken the company underground and have shut us off from any reporting or communication”, you “haven't been informed of any intent to sell Hellix Ventures nor have they announced a self imposed liquidation or bankruptcy”, and “US shareholders are banned and remain completely ignored by Abington and Hellix.”
Public companies must make ongoing disclosure under securities law. The BCSC will act against such reporting issuers that fail to make required disclosure. With respect to Hellix Ventures Inc. and Abington Resources Ltd., the BCSC did already take action by issuing a cease trade order against each of them, in 2014 and 2015, respectively, for their failure to make certain required disclosure. The cease trade orders remain in effect and you can review them on SEDAR+.
For your concerns about shareholders not receiving communication from the issuers, I draw your attention to our public website’s section on Shareholder Disputes & Civil Matters, and, specifically to the part on that page that states, “If a company, public or private, is seeking to act in a way that could hurt its shareholders, those shareholders may be able to vote against such action or seek remedies from a civil court. Again, as such matters are outside our power, you should decide whether to consult a lawyer about what you may be able to do under corporate law as a shareholder.”
As I previously advised you, we investigated your complaint and determined that we cannot assist you with your concerns in this matter. Please consider seeking legal advice to determine what shareholder remedies may be available to you.
Thank you.

Hey guys. I just received a decision from the BCSC on my complaint. It's a little hard to believe. See below their response and my reply. Regards -Lamont
Robert Monte,
We have reviewed your complaint I wish to advise you that we cannot assist you in this matter. You may need to find a broker-dealer that is willing to trade Hellix shares on the gray market in the United States, which is something that we do not regulate. You may wish to consider contacting your own securities regulator, the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Thanks for your prompt reply Mr. Bansai. The main thrust of my complaint wasn’t to complain about not being able to trade. it was that Abington and Hellix have taken the company underground and have shut us off from any reporting or communication. Of note, Brenner is someone you punished previously for serious malfeasance regarding Hellix stock. It's not my intention to poke you in the eye. However, It’s disconcerting no mention was made of him in your response. We here in the US are at a serious disadvantage because of jurisdiction which I feel has emboldened Brenner / Abington / Hellix to treat us like they have. What would you need in order to take a deeper dive into this issue ? Any advice, guidance or wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
Regards, 😇
