LAS VEGAS, Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hemp, Inc., a leader in the industrial hemp industry, officially launched its second spinoff today, YourBev Structured Water and Functional Beverage Company, Inc. (www.yourbev.com), a type of structured water formulated to improve the functioning of the human body. The first spinoff, BioSwan, was announced in their December 21, 2013 press release.

According to Ferris Holding, Inc., the company's research & development team, structuring water results in smaller molecular water clusters which allow for an easier flow of water in and out of the cell in the human organism, nourishing the cell and cleansing it of toxins that build up. This detoxification effect helps to improve overall health. Studies show that hexagonal water is more energetic than unstructured water and that hexagonal water can store and transfer more energy than unstructured water, potentially improving function within the human body.
