QUASAR SECURES DEALS AT VEGAS MARIJUANA
CONFERENCE
Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc.'s is thrilled to announce that
its CEO, Donnell J. Vigil and COO, Liann Francisco attended the 3rd
Annual Marijuana Business Conference and Expo https://mmjbusinessdaily.com/conference/ in Las Vegas,
Nevada on November 12th through the 14th. The Conference sold
out and had nearly 3,000 business peers from over 30 states and
countries. There were over 125 exhibitors and 70 plus expert
speakers including private equity leaders and top lawyers. We
attended the event and had several private meetings with several
groups. Quasar began marketing its new cannabis security
division and is continuing to work on closing partnerships with
contractors that are building and developing dispensaries and grow
facilities throughout the country.
While pursuing relations with some of the industry’s
manufacturers and distributors of cannabusiness products, Quasar
was able to secure partnerships to become independent distributors
of several products. These products will be manufactured and
placed for sale in our grow store and on our Ecommerce site and
will be branded with our name and logo. We will announce a few of
these deals now and will highlight the remainder in upcoming press
releases.
Stink Sack
New York native Ross Kirsh, founded “Stink Sack” in 2010,
which designs and manufactures smell- and child-proof
bags for the marijuana industry. Colorado approved a
requirement months ago for Child-resistant packaging to reduce the
risk of accidental ingestion by young children. The researchers at
the Colorado School of Public Health and Children's Hospital
Colorado conducted a report in August of 2014 and predicted
accidental marijuana ingestion by children would be cut nearly in
half if the state required opaque, child-resistant packaging for
marijuana be purchased at stores. Quasar will offer this
benefit in stores and online to ensure those that grow their own
marijuana have the ability to secure it properly from children as
well. These are 100% polyethylene bags are innovative cannabis
storage solution for consumers, growers, dispensaries, and
recreational marijuana stores.
Stink Sacks come in a variety of sizes and designs, including
blacked-out, bakin package-print, cassette tape-print,
leopard-print, and skull-pattern bags. As child-resistant packaging
is a requirement under Colorado’s recreational marijuana laws;
Stink Sack’s line of smell-proof packaging includes opaque
child-resistant bags featuring a proprietary double-squeeze lock.
The company also offers custom designs like the High Times Cannabis
Cup packaging used for strain samples in judges’ kits at Cup
events. High Times highlighted this product in September of
2014.
The puncture-resistant bags are inexpensive and reusable. The
sacks really do offer a pretty solid smell barrier. View the
YouTube video of “Stink Sack Man” illustrating the smell-proof test
in Venice Beach.
Toke and Toss
“Toke and Toss”, is a unique patent pending product with a very
wide appeal, on the forefront of the “Green Gold Rush” It is a easy
to use alternative to wraps, papers and pipes. It is a
disposable pipe made of durable paper. It is 100%
biodegradable and perfect for a quick toke on the go. It
comes in five (5) designs with more to come and is sold either
individually or in party packs.
Quasar is excited to be able to carry these products in its
stores and on its Ecommerce site. Quasar would like to thank
Stink Sack and Toke and Toss for allowing us the opportunity to
become independent distributors of their products.
We will be providing an update on the Ecommerce site in an
upcoming press release. The brand and logo are ready and will
be disclosed soon.
