I tried sending a DM on X to ask for an update or if we will get any updates in 2026. No reply. Anyone try to email Adam or anything in the last few months? Whereas the bankruptcy case was dismissed, that essentially means everything goes back to square one, and debtors can refile for any debts still outstanding. Did we catch up on the mortgage payments? Wonder what is going on, at all, if anything. The SS here is still reasonably good (in other words not a whole lot added in many years (just 200+million, I think). Just need a good company to take over. Is there anyone near Rio Hondo, TX to see if we still have facilities on the land?

I see there was an Order dismissing debtor signed yesterday. Any thoughts on what that might be about?

GRPS attorney filed a notice of non-compliance, presumably against King's Aqua. Perhaps they're fighting back a little... They really need to be able to keep that facility to continue to function.
