Why GRCU was downgraded to the Limited-Information-tier from previous Current-Information-tier? The company had already filed its Annual Report and Management Certification! The next financial report should be filed before August 21 based on last year's filing history.

What I don't understand is, the company had already collected Millions Dollars of FREE Cash from all the shareholders and investors here by Diluting 7.23B shares! Why they could not file the First-Quarter Report on time to resolve current Much Worse LI-tier issue? Why they could not use some cash money to publish a simple updating or business news to the investing public to reward all the shareholders?

GRCU has Huge OS (7.23B shares) and 8B shares Huge AS but why its 200-Day Average Volume is such Ridiculous-Low (2,016,866 shares) and 50-Day Average Volume is Ridiculous-Low (3,267,727 shares) as well --- see the charts below? Why the asking shares at $0.0002 are such thin (only about 250M shares)? As a comparison, its Much Better CI-tier peer only has 3.98B shares Maximized OS and 4B shares Low AS but its 200-Day Average Volume is such Ridiculous-High (37,751,004 shares) and 50-Day Average Volume is Ridiculous-High (30,397,647 shares) also! Why the peer's asking shares at $0.0002 are so thick (nearly 500M shares)?
