The Agreement provides that DVO will develop a customized, electronic Cook'n Recipe Organizer for organic and non-GMO recipes exclusively for the GPDB website www.greenpolkadotbox.com; and that DVO will promote membership in GPDB to its subscribers via its newsletter and to its millions of Cook'n users by including pop-up notifications and links to organic and non-GMO alternatives--in its more than 150 electronic software Cook'n publications--potentially redirecting users to the Recipe Organizer and clean food alternatives on the GPDB website www.greenpolkadotbox.com.

DVO founder, Daniel V. Oaks, has a down-to-earth marketing style and a very strong following with health-minded consumers, having sold over 3 million copies of his Cook'n software!

Mr. Oaks has agreed to endorse and recommend membership in Green PolkaDot Box to all his subscribers. We have developed a personalized video in which Dan and his wife, Kathy, demonstrate to their subscribers the receipt and opening of their first Green PolkaDot Box order. This powerful video will be distributed to all subscribers the week of February 24th, 2014.  In addition, Cook'n subscribers will be offered the new organic and non-GMO recipe organizer, along with a special first order discount, with a Club membership in GPDB.
