The Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the Company requires additional time prepare and review its financial statements to insure adequate disclosure of the financial information required to be included in the Form 10-K. The Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K will be filed on or before the 15th calendar day following the prescribed due date.
