Electric Moto Announces Joint Venture

Congers, NY: October 10,2013-Electric Moto Corporation, Inc. (OTC Markets/Pink Sheets: EMOT) announced today that it has engaged in a Joint Venture with Advanced Automation Corporation, of Rome, NY, wherein the two companies submitted a proposal to create a prototype All-Wheel Drive Hybrid Electric Motorcycle for the Special Operations Command of the United States Military.

Advanced Automation Corporation (www.aac-usa.com) is an SBA Certified 8M, woman-owned technology company staffed by persons with backgrounds in research and development, command control communications and computers,medical systems design, automotive design, language translation and interpretation, photonics and quantum computing, radar, field support, and specialized programs for government customers such as the Special Operations Command (SOCOM)

EMOT and AAC have completed the first phase of the project, creating a broad plan for the application of EMOT's patented technology, and AAC's extensive experience in engineering applications and government contract work. The net result was a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) submission on September 25, 2013, detailing both the military and civilian applications of the vehicle designs.

Bob Lancellotti, Chairman and CEO of Electric Moto, pointed out how this JV was the beginning of a number of similar projects:" We have sought partnerships and associations with like-minded firms, in the belief that the resulting entity will create greater opportunities for each of the original firms.
