The warrants were issued as a guaranteee if the gses weren't able to pay back their bailout loan. And guess what, the GSEs have overpaid...

Judge Thomas Wheeler ruled that it was illegal but there was no enforcement clause or action taken to releasing F&F from conservatorship. His ruling must be honored and enforced by the executive branch or the president of the US.

GSE mirrored the price of Bank of America for a long long time before the theft. I expect IPO to be close to the same price it is at that point in time....think 40ish. Back in the days of banking crisis, BAC went to 6, GSEs went to 5 something. thats when i bought them. It was either GSEs or BAC, I figured it would never be that low again. I should have picked BAC. Never did i ever figure Mafia Treasury and his wall street banker buds would use it as a dumping ground for bad debt. Biggest Tower heist of all time, the gold car is still under water, soon to reappear.

When a GSE train goes through a tunnel and it gets dark, you don't throw away the ticket and jump off. You sit still and trust the engineer.

I was waving since early this morning, must be that the driver saw me in his rearview mirror
and pulled to the curb, I gave him my receipt for 5000 FMCC shares @ $2.80 and promptly
found a seat with a Smile from Ear 2 Ear!!
Thinking that this bus may never be down this old dirt road again.
